Sierra Sun Screens & Patio Covers

Overall we like the look of the room. I am not happy with the light fixtures that they provide, the doorknob to the door or the handle on the slider. Those fixtures are cheap and outdated. Our door sticks, we were told they would send somebody right away to fix it and we are still waiting three weeks later. When trying to decide between the 2 inch and four-​inch system I was told that the two inch system would be perfectly fine for our climate here in Sacramento. I was specifically told «there would be no water dripping from the walls». Well, that turned out to not be true. There has been quite a bit of condensation on the walls during the colder months. The crew that installed it was great. We will see how this room holds up next winter.

Dan, the owner, did a great job helping us design our patio cover and really seemed to understand what we wanted. The price was also very reasonable. However, the best part was Jesus and his crew who did the actual install. They were terrific. They over came a few obstacles and did a beautiful and extremely professional job. our new patio cover looks even better than we hoped.

After all is said and done, we love our new patio cover! It is now comfortable to be out here even when it’s hot outside :-) The installers did an awesome job. A little better communication would have avoided our misunderstandings. I would definitely recommended them.

James was our salesman. No pressure, no upselling; just candid advice regarding our options. Glad he suggested the 2 tone option! Went with 12’x20’ insulated with a fan installed (we provided the fan). Took about 2 weeks to get the permit then they scheduled install 2 days later. Install guys were very friendly and quick. They went above and beyond to make sure the fan electrical was hidden from view. Very pleased!

I am blown away by the outcome of our patio cover. Working with James was easy and he was able to address any concerns we had along the way. They didn’t have issues getting a permit and the installers were amazing! They were efficient, worked clean, and quick and made sure they installed the fan, outlets, lights and switch exactly where we wanted it! This is very untrue! The company came out once to try to repair and upon leaving the dent was only painted over to try to hide it. This occurred in November/​December time. We havent heard back from the company since then after numerous attempts. The remaining money wasnt owed until last day in February. They had months to fix the problem before I decided to write a review. We never refused to pay the left balance of $ 500, we just feel if we are paying thousands of dollars for a product we should get it dent free upon install! Once the job is done to satisfactory then of course he will get paid! This is a shame that after all this the company wont contact us but will reply on a review! Sad. I really just want people to know what they are getting into before they spend a lot of money on a product like this.

i am so pleased with our new lattice patio shade structure. Dan was a delight to work with. The bid and installation process was quick and painless. It was clear that the installers and painters (for the columns) take great pride in their work. They were meticulous and courteous. I am only left to wonder what took us so long to have a shade structure installed! Thanks Dan and crew!

Dan did a great job helping us design the patio cover as well as orchestrating the completion. Manny and Augustino did a great job of installation. I had a couple of bids and not only were they the lowest the final product is wonderful. I really like the curved lattice effect they did on the front and side, well worth the extra cost.
