Always the perfect location to get a quick bite while at work. Not too far from my office and always quick.

I like this taco bell, but im really not sure how they got«mexican pizza» mixed up with«taco salad». Or «baja blast» mixed up with«freeze» even after correcting the order several times. Service is generally ok tho. The bathrooms are very clean and the tables are wiped down often

I’m so done with this Taco Bell. I realize it’s fast food & trust me my standards really aren’t that high, but this TB is just crap. I go here often because it’s really close to work, but I’m not going back. I go through the drive thru & my order is almost always wrong! I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to do their job correctly, it’s not like I’m ordering anything crazy. Super frustrating. I’ll drive further just to avoid going here.

Yes, I know, it’s Taco Bell. But really, even fast food should have standards! Went here mid afternoon on a Sunday. We were hungry as we had skipped breakfast and lunch. Fast food is quick. Went in … slow service, frowns all around, FILTHY tables, floors(God only knows what the bathroom looked like), etc. Food … how can you screw up a burrito? The 7-layer I ordered had lettuce and beans. No tomatoes, sour cream, etc. Soda was just carbonated water(except for the Dr Pepper). Didn’t even bother to complain. Just glad I didn’t get food poisoning.

Yup. It’s a Taco Bell. They get my order wrong about 60% of the time, but it’s not a big deal since everything at Taco Bell tastes the same anyway. During busy times (like lunch), the drive through can take forever. But since there’s a lack of non-Wendy’s(read the last word with a puke sound) drive thru’s in the area, I just shut up and get prepared to wait a long time for an incorrect order. Sure, I wouldn’t even feed that stuff to my dog, but that’s because I have higher standards of what I feed the dog than what I feed myself. Sometimes you just NEED tacos… even crap tacos that aren’t the same as what you ordered.

OMG I usually do not eat fast food, but I seriously need to have a B.F. about this place! So my friend and I were on a late night run, and I was super hungry at night. We stopped by taco bell and waited in their drive through for like 10 minutes. No one was there, and their sign said that they were open late until 6am. We honked and we went up the drive through to see if anyone was there, and there was no one. I was really, really disappointed because I really wanted my Chulupa :(no more late night adventures here ever again!

Overall, this location is a big bummer for a Taco Bell. They’re severely understaffed. There’s always chaos going on on drive thru and on line. Often, there’s no one to take your order at the counter. Other times, I’m left waiting for my order wondering how much longer could it possibly take? I feel that they should offer me cinnamon twists for all time I spend waiting like other Taco Bells do, but they never do. The restroom is the most disgusting I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. The one positive is that it’s in a good location unlike a lot of other Taco Bells that are in the ghetto, and that’s what’s keeps me going back.

The food here is exceptional but everything else looks trashy. The bathrooms were dirty with the toilet paper unstocked. I went to get some sauces for my food and it was a complete mess, the sauces were all mixed up within one another and to top my lunch off. They forgot to give me my chips for my meal so i had to go back and ask for them, only to wait 10 minutes for someone to notice i was in front of the counter waiting like an idiot. Bad experience.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The one in Roseville is always efficient and the employees are actually professional for a fast food joint,(considering they’re makin minimum wage)…but this one in Rancho!!! A joke! What do you expect? It’s Rancho! The order is always wrong and they take forever! If there’s one car infront of you, they act like it’s rocket science. Their brains can’t handle a full load! They ignore you at the drive thru… the building always has garbage around it and the inside always has dirty tables. Who knows what they do to the food

Do not eat at a taco bell in or near Stockton. But this one is fine. Just the way it should be,

Oh you. This is the Taco Bell that I adore. They always get my order right, theyre very fast, efficient and friendly as well. Since switiching to a vegetarianism diet, I patron Taco Bell’s frequently, mostly Elk Grove and Folsom surrounding locations as well as this one but this one right here on Sunrise tops the cake. Two thumbs up.

For you foodies accustomed to haute cuisine, now constrained by economics to consider the likes of Taco Bell, I am pleased to report that things may not be as bad as you remember from the fast-food days of your youth. The original appeal of Taco Bell — and the reason for its meteoric rise and ascendancy over Del Taco in the 80’s was neither the innovative menu nor the south-of-the-border atmosphere. It simply offered the more calories per dollar than the other chains, while maintaining a quality that could be described as «not too bad». time will tell if Taco Bell will return to this model in the present economic environment, but the emphasis now seems to be on a more creative and and exciting menu, while maintaining a price that could be described as «not too bad». Taco Bell’s ad campaigns have recently involved Mexican kitch, but the food is only Mexican in the sense that it generally involves a tortilla of some sort. If you should ask on the streets of Guadalajara for a «Mexican Pizza» or a «Chalupa», you would be directed to the nearest Taco Bell. Yet this inauthenticity is precisely what makes Taco Bell so special; they have discovered taste combinations that are delicious and well suited to the American taste, but which owe no loyalty to any traditional culture — a cuisine unto itself. The Beef & Potato Burrito sounds boring, but is surprisingly tasty, containing cruchy seasoned fried potato, almost like eating fresh french fries in a tortilla. So I was interested to try the new Bacon Potato Burrito, which sounded similar. The Bacon and Potato Burrito is essentially the existing Beef & Potato with the cream sauce exchanged for cheese sauce, and small bacon bits sprinkled throughout.(The beef is still there too.) While this imparts an agreeable extra smoky cheesy flavor to the original, the bacon bits do not provide the additional meaty texture that one might find in, say, a bacon cheesburger. An improvement, yes; and more exciting from a marketing perspective, but for this you are charged an additional $ 1.50 over the original Beef & Potato. The Bean Burrito, which used to be the acme of frugal fast food is now the better part of a dollar, and is relegated to a forgotten corner of the menu board. The beans are a little runny, and the burrito must be «sucked» more than bitten. Certainly avoid this at the drive-thru. For an extra buck, get the Beef and Potato Burrito or the Spicy Chicken Burrito. The health-conscious diner may enjoy the Grilled Chicken Soft Taco, which contains spicy chunks of chicken with a flavor and texture you will never find in a McNugget, with only 8 grams of fat. Surprisingly, this Taco Bell classic is not on the health-conscious«Fresco Menu». For a refreshing drink, be sure to try the bluish-green lime-flavored«Baja Blast Mountain Dew», which apparently can only be found at Taco Bell. The Taco Bell in Rancho Cordova on Sun Center Road(It can be accessed from southbound Sunrise Blvd) is typical of the Taco Bell chain. It can get very crowded during lunch hours with workers from the nearby business park who have not been laid off. The interior was recently remodeled to remove an obstructive queue labyrinth, making navigation around the utensils and condiments easier. At the same time, this resulted in the queue snaking throughout the restaurant. So choose your seat wisely unless you like people standing around your table while you eat. The food preparation is remarkably efficient, even at busy times. The kitchen, clearly visible from the restaurant is clean and well organized. I have never had an incorrect order fulfullment at this restaurant, even when asking for special modifications. All food is made to order. Burritos are usually tightly wrapped, but have been known to leak on some occasions. The customer interaction is not particularly friendly, especially at the pick-up counter, where the food is hurriedly, even contemptuously, thrown down. But if you value efficiency, competence and accuracy, this restaurant is at the top of the game.
