Zinfandel Dental Practice

We got assigned to go here for our children through their insurance. My first impression came at the lobby. It was old, and that doesn’t bother me, but it was also stripped down to the bare bones. And I noticed it needed to be cleaned. We were asked back to an exam room and they sat one of my children in an exam chair. While we waited I looked around. The floor was so dirty!!! It looked like no one had cleaned the floors in quite some time! It was terrible. I don’t mind an older office. I don’t mind if they have dated décor. BUT KEEP IT CLEAN! We won’t be back.

Two month ago my was appointment and when I go to office one lady was say the Docter was meeting soo no check today. My already have appointment but she did, t any msg me or call. I am back for reappointment after month soo I was yesterday go to on appointment on 10:30 am but when I was gone she ask me you are lait and she ask you appointment 45 minute lait but I am goes on the time. With my two month little baby. But She is behaved was very rood. She talk not to good me. Raff talking me. Bad manners …

I was not happy at all with Zinfandel dental. From the moment I walked in I did not feel comfortable for my son to be seen here!!! Not clean and smelled horrible!!! Definitely not a place for children!

Even though the office is really-​semi far for me, I’m willing to make the drive. They have done a wonderful job with my daughter. No crying child while visiting the dentist is great to me. Even though the waiting room is limited in space, once your in the exam rooms there’s room. The office is clean. The receptionist got me in the next day after calling to check and see if my daughter was due for a check up.
She was friendly and efficient in paperwork.
My daughter was the last patient of the day and even though they were closing up, they stayed later to finish the job so that I wouldn’t have to reschedule for another appointment.

I love Dr Amy. She tells it to you like it is and doesn’t try to upsale braces, teeth whitening and the all white filling. I love that she’s so personable and she is for sure dedicated to her work.
Since I drafted this review, Dr Amy is no longer there.

Zinfandel had super warm and accommodating staff.
I’ve been here twice so far with my husband, once for cleaning and then a follow up that included whitening. Dr. Amy treated both of us; what I really liked was that she was very friendly, had a sense of humor and was super meticulous. You can tell that she is very sensitive to the needs of her patients.
Super plus– while I was getting my teeth whitened, I was placed in the chair usually reserved for the kids so I got to watch the Little Mermaid on a flat screen that is niftily attached to the chair. It was a great distraction and I can see how this would be a nice way to help distract and soothe kids that have work done.
I will definitely be back (have to anyways haha) and highly recommend Dr. Amy and Zinfandel Dental to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

This place is awful! I tried enrolling with them, and all 3 phone calls I placed were met with such rudeness it is ridiculous! I work in customer service and consider myself a very nice and easy person to talk to, but the receptionist who answered, and did not give her name, treated me like I was a bill collector calling at dinner time! I gave it three chances and after three horrible phone calls I decided to take my business elsewhere!
