Horrible place they charge the insurance for parts they dont replace if u ever pick ur car up from there just make sure u check what they charged u for

I’m pretty satisfied with the service here. I was rear ended a few weeks ago and needed to have my bumper sanded and repainted. They originally told me it could take 3 – 4 days so I waited till after the holidays since the girl who hit me didn’t have rental insurance and nether do I! I brought my car in yesterday at 9am and it was ready today at 4:30pm. I’m happy that it only took. 2 days! Also, the job looks great and they even washed and vacuumed my car. Bonus! The staff are really nice. However, a little unorganized. Every time I call they seem to be digging through random piles to find my file? Anyway. Overall good experience. The other parties insurance covered it. It was around $ 535.00 to have my bumper sanded and repainted. Not bad for excellent service.

We had an incident with Volkswagen Credit recently when returning our 2014 Audi A4. The inspector tried to charge us $ 2,000 for minor scratches and «substandard» repair. We went to Avalon Collision Center and spoke to the owner, Steve Kick. He went above & beyond for the repair and even threw in complimentary re-​buff for the scratches. Julie and Steve helped us every step of the way during this returning process in which lasted for 6 months! My wife and I owe it all to this Body Shop. We had never been to any body shop that truly cares about their customers. Really recommending this Body Shop to anyone in Rancho Cucamonga. Thank you Steve & Avalon Crew!

Absolutely the best experience with Avalon, such Great, Fast and Courteous service! From the estimate guy Manny, to office girl Julie, everything was pain free except the deductible LOL, couldn’t help that. Est. In 1 day, work done in 2. Highly recommend this body shop.

I have come to this place 3 times in two weeks. One time I had an appt. To get an estimate on my passanger rear view mirror. ALL 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN TURNED AWAY! what a waste of time & energy. These people have no understanding of customer service. Try the appt route and tild they have no record. What a joke this place is. Folks go someple where you will be appreciated. Dont waste time or money with this place.

My Toyota Corolla was rear ended so I brought it here because my insurance company (state farm) referred me here. When I got there I was greeted so politely and everyone was just so friendly. Great customer service. The estimator Jen went out side with me and we went over my vehicle. She explained everything and explained she would keep me updated and that’s exactly what they did they made me feel comfortable because they kept me updated and always let me know of any changes. When my vehicle was ready she looked beautiful they also washed and vacuumed it and made it look brand new!.. I would definitely recommend this place… I hope I dont have to come back because who wants to be in another accident lol but if I do i will definitely be back…

I use Avalon collision for ALL my accidents– They are fast, professional, and they do work of the highest quality. They work with my insurance which is a huge plus, and when the work needed is under my deductible, they work hard to get me the best pricing. They have rental cars right on site, so no worrying about getting a ride to enterprise or hertz, it’s all handled in a matter of minutes from walking in the door. They guarantee their work, and although I have never had an issue with their work it’s nice to know if there ever was an issue, they would resolve with no hassles. So glad I found this place!!!

After I was involved in a traffic accident, I was very shaken. I was referred over to Avalon Collision to have some rear-​end damage repaired on our truck. The guy there, Brian, was very attentive and assured me and my husband that everything was going to be handled. Talk about customer service, this guy went above and beyond! Thanks so much for making such a terrible experience end on such a good note! Will definately refer you guys to my friends!

I was very impressed with the service I received here at this location! Brian helped me with getting my truck repaired from an an accident I was involved in. From start to finish I was fully informed and updated on my trucks status. Brian made dealing with the insurance process from the person who hit me seamless. He even made sure that I had a rental car that would accomodate all my kids carseats and space for the rest of the family. My truck came back fully restored. I will continue to use the Avalon Rancho Cucamonga location for myself as well as refer it to others.

The worst customer service … my insurance company recommend this place. had my car in for 11 days. And through the whole process they called me once and rest of the time I had to call and practically twist their arm to get info about my car… the girl in the front has something up her you know what and never smiles or act friendly. And to make it short the owner is a jack a**. And they are a scam. Just because we can’t see under the bumper they thought we would not find out the shabby work they did… I can go on more about how they raised my blood pressure but. I’ll stop. This is the first review I wrote anywhere. That is how strongly I recommend that you don’t use this place especially of you are going through an insurance company. I am going to call my insurance company and tell them not to recommend this place to their customers.

Love this place! I’m very particular about my car and Avalon is very detailed. Amazing customer service. They are very friendly & keep you up to date on the status of your car. If that wasn’t enough there is rental car service available at their location. I’ve used their services 18 times in 3 years. (Darn shopping carts) and will continue to take all of my vehicles.
Both Jennifer’s, Rachel & Steve will take an unpleasant experience of having to take your car into get fixed to a great one. I always get my car back looking amazing & brand new. You would never have guessed it was even in the shop.

My nissan leaf got rare ended. So mercury asked me to drop off the car here to fix it. My rare bumper didn’t have dint from the car accident, only a bit of paint came off. It took them some time to get my car bumper aliment right and the paint job is good and well done. For my first two visit to get my car bumper aliment, it was hard to put it back on like originally. The owner Steve came out and explain how the Nissan Leaf bumper is hard to put back to 100 percent aliment unless is a new bumper. I did research myself from MyNissanLeaf form, a lot of nissan leaf owner has problem with the gap and edge pooping out from the bumper. Steve, the owner of the Avalon personally supervise my car bumper installation bumper aliment, they had taken on and off the bumper many times just to get the perfect aliment for the rare bumper. Even though it took me 3 visit but they really pay attention in the detail work for the customer.

Thank you for taking care of my car after it was hit. My car looks exactly as it did when I bought it brand new. The collision center owner was available to answer my questions when my contacts person was at lunch. My car was completed on time. Perfect paint match… Thank you!!!

Had a great experience and they definately back up their work. I did not have a problem at all getting them to cover a warranty issue. Feel comfortable going back for any work I may need.

Got recommended by my insurance so I dropped off my car & they said it’ll be ready within 8 business days… 8 days later I follow up to see the status & Jessica tells me they haven’t touched the car at all & they need an authorization for this… WHAAAAAT??? I immediately get upset at the fact that I’ve been paying for a rental this whole time & my car hasn’t been worked on. I could’ve continued to use my car since it was Mobil while they get the parts, I’ve been wasting time & money. They could’ve communicated with me about this! Then she asked me if I wanted to authorize the work! Wtf I authorized it the day I dropped it off! So at this point I tell her I’m picking up my car tomorrow & she tells me oh their working on it now… They lie to you through the get go! Their website states they finance your deductible & guess what!!? They lied THEY DON’T! don’t go to this place. They take too long for it to be fixed & their customer service is horrible! Besides their liars!
