We had bought a grater from a local chain grocery store. The Good Cook grater we bought had a warranty so I kept the receipt and contact information in case the grater did not last. The grater did get damaged within a few months. I decided to use the warranty. The email interchange between the company rep and myself was very cordial. He said they would send me a better box grater and some other items. The box of goodies arrived yesterday. I am thrilled with the high level of care they showed to see that their customers remain happy. Obviously now I will buy their items when I have a choice between them and others. Good company practices.
