This store is a joke. Especially the manager named Joseph. He is rude and he grabbed me by the dick. Like really bro get off my goodies. He could of at least bought me dinner first.

The Champs was much better than the Finish Line in terms of shoe selection. The Finish Line pretty much only had Jordan basketball shoes whereas Champs had Jordans, Kobes, Lebrons, Durants, hyperdunks, and air maxes. My friend got some super fresh green and yellow mid-top air maxes. I’d say that the employees weren’t as accommodating as Alfred is to Bruce, but they were decent enough to greet you upon entrance and ask if you needed any assistance with shoes. The guy that was helping my friend pick out his shoes was pretty consistent and came out with the size relatively fast. I bough an Air Jordan shirt, which they had plenty to choose from, and they had plenty of Nike shirts as well. They were similarly priced as to what I would expect from those brands and the store was well kept overall. I was satisfied with the employee help and interactions, and they had a lot of shoes to choose from in a variety of colors. If I come back to Victoria Gardens, I plan on going here first compared to the Finish Line.

Horrible service! Management must be hiring their high school buddies!!! I went in on Wednesday June 4th at 4pm before heading out to the Dodger game for some Nike shoes. 3 employees«working»(not), and I was one of two customers in the store. The other was looking at shows too. The three employees were standing in the center of the store, in clear view of the customers, in a deep, what I assume was a funny conversation. Not one of them even asked if we needed help! They had the shoes I wanted in the size I needed on display(thank God). At one point I said, «Excuse me, I don’t mean to interrupt your conversation but where are your mirrors?» One girl pointed at the mirror on the other side of the store & proceeded to converse with the co-workers. I took off the shoe & walked out without being acknowledged. They gave my $ 120(easy) sale to Finish Line where the service was amazing!!!

You gotta check out this youtube video before reading my review ~ cracks me up everytime I came to Champs because I had to buy these hyperdunks for someone back in the motherland. The workers here were really cool — they asked you once if you needed help and left you alone. Don’t you just love it when the workers just let you browse and when you finally need help, they’re readily available. The selection here is OK … don’t expect to find the one of a kind shoes if you’re a sneakerhead but you’ll find something for any sport any brand. They even sell authentic NFL, NBA and MLB gear.
