Cujo’s BBQ Catering was awesome. Meats were grilled on site, the aroma was intoxicating.
From the moment I tasted the food I knew I was going to give Cujo’s BBQ 5 stars.
Brisket — I grabbed the fattiest piece and the leanest piece, though some guys preferred eating the leaner piece, I loved the fatty part.
Pulled Pork — No complaints from anyone, with a diverse blend of taste buds at my workplace, I was shocked that one dish could receive so much overwhelming support. Part of the reason for Cujo’s amazing ovation and applause as he was leaving.
Chicken — The chicken was amazing, too bad it was overshadowed by the mazing pulled pork and brisket. This is what I would want, from anyone who cooks chicken on a bbq grill to serve.
Mash Potatoes — the potatoes were cooked and peeled on site, oh, and you could taste it. I did not see the gravy-​making process, but I can taste some natural and well made flavors.
Assembly Line — everything was well organized; the plates, the meats, the bread, the sides, the napkins, the forks, the knives, the spoons. Cujo did an excellent job of refilling the serving stations, especially considering the huge apetites of our hard-​working, calorie-​burning employees.
Service overall — 5 stars, no more words to say.

If you need an event catered, then Cujo’s Big Smoke BBQ is the way to go. Cujo is very serious about BBQ and his customer service is outstanding. I work for a large construction company and we use Cujo a lot to cater our Safety BBQ events. I’ve had Cujo’s BBQ a good half dozen times now in the last 2 years and I have never ever been disappointed. Our workers love the BBQ and when they here Cujo is cookin’ they really look forward to a great meal. The quality is awesome and their Texas style BBQ is out of this world. Being from Texas, I know my BBQ and this is authentic Texas BBQ. Cujo can set up anywhere with his mobile Texas size pit. Not only is the BBQ great, but the sides are equally awesome as well. Cujo’s prices are fair and reasonable and the quality, friendliness, customer service and flavor that will be delivered is worth every penny. Try Cujo’s once and you’ll never call another BBQ catering company. I guarantee it.

I can’t recommend Cujo enough. He is very professional and the food is always great! He stays the entire day to take care of all three shifts at out plant and cares about delivering excellent food and taking care of our employees. He has done BBQ for us many times and today the steak and lobster made the team very happy!

Just wanted to pass along the guest at my party were just ecstatic with how good the food was. The ribs and chicken were excellent… I especially loved the chicken… it just fell of the bone! I enjoyed your cooking… and the flavors were great
