Years ago my brother and I bought two full size mattresses from this company. We purchased the same kind at the time. Instead, they sent over two different kinds of beds which we discovered a bit too late when I sat on his bed one day which felt different from mine. Then we checked the tags– and the mattresses were different brands!!! It had already been a year since the purchase so we didn’t contact the company. Shady business practices, including saying you’re going out of business but that sign has been up for more than three years. Don’t buy from this company– they’ll cheat you. Our family didn’t appreciate that little stunt. Thank goodness for Unilocal now to warn others from giving them business.

The owner’s name is Dan and he will cheat you by selling you an used mattress re packaged as brand new. Then he will argue w you by yelling and screaming when you see the dirty mattresses and box springs delivered to your house. He will NOT give you full refund for his deceit, he also will NOT pick them up. You will have the hassle you much prefer not having in your life dealing w a sleazy business and an asshole you wish you didn’t meet. The last 24hr has been nothing but nightmares. Thought we found a dream mattress, it turned out to be a horrible experience. They refused the return and refund for selling an used mattress. Even if it’s just floor sample, it’s USED! Disgusting human, dishonest business. Simply dishonorable and horrible. #BadPeopleBadBusiness

Horrible customer service. Would never purchase anything from this store. I’m giving it one star because I have too. Don’t waste your time or money. Also, don’t fall for the scam of them closing. They have been«going out of business» for the last 3 years.

I recently purchased a new mattress from Danna’s. I had never heard of the brand I was purchasing and that is where the sales person started to deceive me. Once I got home and did some research on the mattress I soon learned that I was overcharged about $ 100.00. I was told that delivery was normally $ 65.00 and that he would throw delivery in when Danna’s Website clearly says«free». I should have done more research on the store. So far I am happy with the comfort of the mattress and that is why I am giving this two stars, but not the sales person.

After enduring serious back pain for a number of months, I decided it was time to upgrade my mattress, which had clearly lost any and all properties of body support. Although it took 2 separate visits to make a buying decision, I was really impressed that Tony(I believe he said that he was one of the owners) didn’t give me the hard-sell routine, nor did I feel he was steering me to buy any product in particular. He answered my battery of questions with an impartiality that I found really refreshing. The mattress was delivered in the early part of the 2 hour window that they gave me, which I thought was really great!
