Wish I could give no stars for this. I finally got into a appointment and was expecting some kindness despite what I had encountered over the phone. Upon entering and walking to the receptionist desk I was ignored. In fact I was ignored for a good five minutes and just stood there listenign to the recpetionsit chat it up with someone about what she had for lunch!
Finally I speak up and again they had my damn appointment wrong!!! In fact the esthetician tried too blame me to my face about the mix up. SMH
The mini facial was even less than what they advertise. No decollette massage, no refreshments, and the dumb lady didnt even explain what she was doing to my face and how it benefits me etc. In fact it felt as though she was «going thru the motions». All she did was rub some exfoilients on my face give me some sunscreen and sent me on my merry way. She didnt even try and sell me any of the products.
Hate that I already paid for two more sessions.

My boyfriend bought me a promotional package for me. I thought I give it a try, since I usually have spa services done at Raya Day Spa in Beverly Hills! I was disappointed because they treat you like you’re getting it for free.
The promotion comes with 4 services at 3 different settings.
My 1^st visit: The lady who did my facial was nice, but as soon as I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed, since 3 of the workers at the front desk just stared at me and waited for me to say hi. She did a speed facial, which was a tease compared to what I’m use to.
My 2^nd visit: I came about 5 minutes early for my appointment and realized I forgot my promotion coupon, they told me I could get the laser hair removal done, but I needed to do testing since my skin is dark! So I told them I would reschedule for the removal. So I waited for over 30 minutes to see the Dr. for 2 minutes! She tells me she doesn’t think I should do the laser hair removal since my skin is darker and could end up getting white spots and cause a breakout.
I’m not upset that she didn’t recommend the service, but I am upset because they made we wait for nothing!!! I’m happy they offered me water, but I don’t think I’ll waste my energy trying to get the rest of my services.
