Horrid service. I understand it’s the day before Christmas Eve and it’s busy, but all associates were unhelpful, unfriendly, and did not move with a sense of urgency. The line to pay had hit the back wall, probably around a 30 minute wait. Not very ‘express’ at all. Even more inefficient is the fact that there is no separate line for returns/exchanges nor is their an ‘express’ line for customers with less than x items. Very disappointed by their lack of efficacy. The clothes here are already hit or miss in terms of quality. Absolutely NOT worth any kind of wait or rudeness from the associates.

Addicted to their Portofino shirts, like crazy. Determined to get most of the colors. Went here last night and got some on clearance. 29.99 plus 30% off I only paid $ 20 ea for 3 portofinos, I got mint, purple, neon pink pineapple. Excited! They have a decent selection of Portofino blouses. The line to check out was snail speed but otherwise it was a good trip.

Unilocal’s 365 Review Challenge 2014 #177 — #365 Express is one of my favorite stores to shop at for work clothes. They usually have great deal during the holidays especially when they have clearance specials to make way for new shipments. There have been times when service was lacking, I would walk inside all around the men’s section and not be acknowledged at all. The associate’s would walk past me and ignore me. RUDE! Other times, the service exceeded my expectations.
