Seafood Paella was excellent. Packed full of seafood and flavor. Perfect for two people with appetites. The tostones were pretty good, but their white sauce is what elevated them — delicious. The service was nothing to write home about — took 15 minutes for them to tell me the beer I wanted was not cold them another 10 to get my beer — bad. Place is cool and you can enjoy a cigar on the patio, which is great considering there are really no cigar lounges around the area.

It took 15 to 20 minutes just to get our drink order, it wasn’t even busy. The waitress passed by and not once asked for our order. The guy that didn’t have our table eventually came up and asked us. We ordered beef empanadas and got chicken instead. Overall the food didn’t have much flavor and the services was bad.

This places reviews continue to surprise me. We come here regularly, sometimes more than twice a week, and never leave disappointed. Their lunch deals are a killer deal for the amount of food. There’s always an option on there that doesn’t disappoint. The ceviche can sometimes vary but it’s still consistently delicious. I’ve introduced so many different customers and employees here and everyone’s been happy and wants to come back.

Food was great, service not so much. Waiter was rude, inattentive, We didn’t get our appetizers and our drinks. Waiter didn’t even apologize for the mistakes. Very unfortunate, we won’t go back. But like I said the meal was fine.

Place is HORRIBLE. Waited an hour and a half for our food that was extremely salty and when my aunt went to go talk to the chef we did not receive one apology. Instead we got«Well maybe its because you didn’t order any pre-made food». Wow. I thought this was supposed to be a restaurant. Still ended up getting robbed and paying full price(240 w/tip) with no apology from the owner or chef to at least show their concern about paying customers waiting an HOURAND A HALF for food that was only edible if you had a gallon of water right by your side. The food is so fresh and delicious! Not a fast food joint but service is fast enough to enjoy a nice meal on our lunch hour. We have tried multiple dishes each one better than the next. Today I had the Apollo Asado special. Fabulous price point for the portion and quality!

1. Cuban Sandwich… soggy. 2. Palomilla plate served on cracked plate. Dish was tasty. 3. Lemonade refreshing 4. Mojito, was OK. The service sucks. The waiters and waitress seem bothered. No bread on table, had to remind them. I get a sense that this is not a true Cuban restaurant. At times they are playing Ranchero music. I wonder if he knows or has he given up and just asked friends and relative for their review.

I really enjoy the food here, but service is THEWORST. It doesn’t stop me from coming back, like I’ve said, there are many things that are absolutely delicious here. They have a wide variety of seafood, pork, chicken, and beef dishes, not to mention a very reasonably priced lunch menu. But if you’re in a rush, or have anything better to do with your time than sit and stare at photos of Cuban celebrities then this may not be the place for you. I’m only posting this because I really enjoy this restaurant and it is one of the few places in the Inland Empire that I look forward to taking friends to eat at when they visit. Please improve your service so we don’t lose you and you end up getting replaced by a Cheesecake Factory!

They have lunch buffet every Sunday here. It cost $ 19.21 for each person. If you want bottomless champagne plus eat-all-you-can you can pay $ 21.34. Its quite pricey but its worth it. I love their Cuban mixed rice(rice, sprouts, meats and shrimps) and their cooked bananas. Aside from that you have twelve other Cuban dishes to choose from and five types of desserts. They also have ceviche and other salads. So make sure you are really hungry when you come here.

I have no clue how this place got voted«best restaurant in IE» or who voted this. It took a few minutes to even get acknowledged once walking in when we finally got seated it took 5 – 10 mins to have a waitress come to our table not to mention the other 10 mins it took to get our drinks. The food took a long time as well which I can understand that, what I can’t understand is how our waitress never came to check up on us I was not able to enjoy the food because I didn’t have anything to drink with it since our waitress never came back to give us refills. We literally had to get up and go straight to the resister because she also didn’t come to give us our check. The food was ok they tried. I don’t understand how such a small place has the worst service it’s like the waitresses were all friends of the owner or family because they didn’t know a thing about customer service/waitressing.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants. I’ve tried most of their appetizers, the sandwiches, the lechon asado and everything is amazing. I think the food is better every time I go. The sangria is so very good, crave worthy. I live in San Diego but I have to stop by this place whenever I’m in town. The new«spot» for sure!

This place has the potential to be good however the flavors of the food remain bland and don’t quite transcend the desire to frequent this establishment.

Great Cuban spot. Small, not too fancy, close to Ontario mills. We had the to tostones rellenos as an app which are plantain cups filled with shrimp and veggies. Really good. Also the ropa viega and Ox tail soup were amazing. The red sangria was strong and very good too. Wasn’t our first time there and definitely won’t be the last!

Wow! Best Cuban food ever! Here for the Sunday brunch($ 20 per adult) and well worth it. I tried everything and it all was fantastic. I love ceviche and was surprised they had a shrimp and white fish selection. purple onion and other fresh veggies. simply FANTASTIC My 2 kids enjoyed the traditional sausage/pancakes.etc. Were greeted upon entry, quickly served & great follow up service. Added this place to my favorites.

Staff: The workers weren’t very attentive but the owner(I’m assuming) was extremely kind as well. I noticed him going around to the tables and talking to the customers, asking if they were okay & telling them that he hoped they weren’t waiting too long. Usually owners aren’t too active with their customers so it was really refreshing to see this old guy checking up on everyone. As I mentioned before, however, their staff wasn’t too attentive. Yes periodically they would come up, but it felt so brief and fleeting that it had hardly felt they were there at all. Food: Pollo asado: we saw a lot of great reviews on this but personally I thought the chicken was really dry. The sauce made it a lot better though. To be completely honest, the sauce was the best part on the chicken. The plantains were good and the rice tastes best with the beans and chicken. They didn’t taste as good individually but together they were alright Media noche: I think it was a spinoff or a type of the traditional Cuban sandwich, the cubano. It was pretty good! Nothing too standoff-ish about it, just a very simple sandwich. Sopa de pollo:(I think it was) a very chunky soup, lots of chicken, I think bell peppers and a few other things. I’m a bit biased because I usually prefer my soup with more broth, but the soup was the best part of the meal for me! Fried yuca: tasted like very, thick potato wedges. The sauce was the only thing that made them a bit different. I didn’t care for them too much, but my family really enjoyed them. Overall it was good, but I don’t think I would go back.
