Great customer service here! I had a large return and I know if I was behind the register I would be pissed. However despite any negative feeling the sales person had he looked at me and smiled while he did it. The only reason I give this store a 4 is bc t is too small! It use to be a baby and kids gap and that was perfect but not they squeeze men and women in the same space. Please open a kids gap near by!

Super small store. Always disorganized. They desperately need to fix the fitting room situation. They are always full, spread out and short staffed; making it a chaotic mess when trying to get in one dressing room(ie, there isn’t one line or somewhere to put your name in to be called in to the next available room). Since the three that they do have are all throughout the store, you have to kind of camp out at one… basically taking up isle space for other shoppers. This evening, there were 6 people waiting for rooms just kind of standing in the back of the store. One room had a lady that would try one thing at a time, open the door, ask her friend for opinion and start over again(not a problem when you have enough fitting rooms to go around but obviously annoying when other people are waiting). I love Gap brand but this store needs to lease a new spot in this mall… it’s too small, not enough dressing rooms and painfully chaotic when it’s busy.

Jeans are too stretchy — make them to fit a person the whole time they are wearing them — not just the first 5 minuntes! Also, although he is nice — I DONT want a guy helping me in the dressing room. Really??? Am I supposed to get fit help from a guy??? I want a female to help me and answer fit related questions. Like I’m really going to ask a male to tell me which pair looks better and fits the butt better!!! GET A CLUEGAP!!! Like I said the guy is very nice and I don’t mind his help on the sales floor, BUTNOTINTHEDRESSINGROOMPLEASE!!! So please next time a female is in the dressing room DONT send a guy to ask her if she needs help!!! It’s not discrimination — its just making your customers feel comfortable.

I agree with Danny T. The customer service at this store is wonderful. I really wish I could remember his name and give him props but there is a great guy that works there that always goes above and beyond to help me out. They usually have a great sales selection here and I recently was able to pick up really cute skirts here for under 12 bucks a pop. Quality clothing at a great price with friendly service? Woohoo. I am a fan. I love Danny T.‘s description of being ninja’d! It is totally true, they are so sneaky, you turn around and they are there rattling off their list of deals for the day. Tip: Sign up for their on-line coupons and specials and they will honor them if you pull them up on your smart phone.

The only reason I’m writing a review for this Gap is because of how incredibly helpful the customer rep was at this store. I kind of snuck into the store hoping to just look around real quick. I was running errands, but shopping definitely distracts me! The store has a nice set up. Easy to navigate what you want. It seemed like they had a lot of sale items too. I was in a corner just browsing some of the items when I was ninja’d by one of the reps. She asked if I needed any help within seconds of entering the store and she even walked me around to every section to see what kind of items I was interested in. Unfortunately, the selection was a little limited and there wasn’t anything that I really wanted. But still, I appreciate getting bombarded like that from time to time.
