No other location compares in decrease of customer service or amount of product than this shithole location.
This location used to be my absolute favorite. The manager was super awesome and used to hook me up with massive amounts of promo material. Now this place is ran by fucking mongoloids and male fairies who know nothing about what’s on the shelves.
What really grinds my gears is their customer service. I once ordered a shirt and basketball jersey from the kiosk because it wasn’t in store. They told me they’d ship it to the store to save on S&H fees. A month later and no one ever contacted me. Finally I went down to the store to find out that my order half way came in because they didn’t have my Jersey but shipped the shirt only to be sold because I never came to purchase it.
Besides the horrible customer service, outrageous prices, idiotic staff, shitty manager, and pop kids who shop here, there’s nothing great about Hot Topic anymore.
The only reason I go into the store anymore is to laugh in my head about how horrible things have gotten. I hope this location closes down sooner or later because its simply not right.

This location sucks! I used their store online kiosk to purchase a shirt they didn’t have in stock. NEVER AGAIN! Let me just say if you choose to do this be prepared for sucky customer service if there’s a problem. They sent the wrong shirt and when I told the guy who was working the register, who’s name was Steve, his reply was «since it wasn’t purchased at our store you are going to have to take it home and call corporate yourself.» I’m sorry but since it was a hot topic mistake shouldn’t hot topic take the shirt back, give me a refund or call the d. c and fix it for me??? I told him I was sorry if it seemed like I was giving him attitude but that I just didn’t want to deal with the hassle and his reply was «nobody does» gee thanks Steve. I’m glad you aim to please. I will never shop there or buy from their internet site ever again.

First time at this location, but i have visited many! They do a good job changing up their merchandise. Nice that you can have an opportunity to listen to the music they sell on the CDs before you have to buy them. They tend to have some killer sales, like the one we took advantage of today! The staff is pretty helpful and friendly.

Found my niece some adventure time shirts and back pack for back to school i remember i use to buy some accessorys here when i was in school.
