I was there for 5 years and one day came by this past thursday Dec 17 2015 and it was closed no machines no notice and no refunds. If you find yourself in the same predictament call 1 – 800 622‑6290 and they will help you cancel the membership. They also give you the option of transfering to a local gym. Very shady owners.

Screw the owners of this place! Honestly this place was my home, my gym and I made a lot of friends here, lost a lot of weight and loved that place. Well then all of a sudden they closed their doors and all the paid and full members they just took the money and were like screw you, no notice or refunds or anything, Anytime Fitness said they bought them but they still charged me more money to continue my membership there so really they didn’t. I miss this gym a lot, the space was great, the layout was great but as a company these people suck; don’t support their gyms, they don’t care about their members, employees or anything else but themselves.

So I saw Kim’s review and I don’t think she realizes how business works considering when it was the CAC, it was a shit hole. Keith has done everything to make sure that gym is running well and continues to stride to have customer service. I don’t know anyone who knows people by name and checks them in. Awesome bro. I do like he cross fit equipment because lifting gets boring to me. With this heat I love his gym and honestly I rather make the drive there than fitness 19 or 24 hour fitness. The bathrooms are like what CAC had but eh I am not there for the bathrooms, I lift in the weight room. For he price it isn’t hard on the pocket but It’s nice to have a gym that’s not packed wall to wall with people. Try a 3 day pass and get your lift on.

New owners new gym It’s not the same as before not even close to it it’s much better! I was a part of the old gym and everything was outdated and a mess, Ideal fitness took over and brought in all NEW equipment so everything is fresh from Zumba classes to TRX training at a fair price compared to the other big gyms; the staff is also very friendly and polite especially Keith whom always checks me in when he sees my car pull up and deeply cares about his customers if you need some pointers ask him he’ll be more than happy to help out. The gym itself is full of people who are there to train and aren’t full of themselves so if you got a training question don’t be afraid to ask! Grab yourself a guest pass and give it a try you won’t regret t.

I genuinely love the staff besides everything being under remodeling, fixed and/​or repaired I do appreciate the cooperation. It may seem like a lot looking from the outside in but in all honesty this gym has so much quality to offer to customers and I know they have so much in store to really be the gym they intend to be! Just wait on it. Like anything else. You have to really see it yourself to believe it and I love ideal fitness!

Well aint that kick in the pants! Too bad the place had to close their doors. I spent 12 years here and it was my home away from home. I was hopeful when the last owner came along and made all the positive improvements… Sad to see it go.
