My father left his phone on the bus and had a flight out of town the following morning. They found the phone and delivered it to his hotel that night, which was almost a ½ hr away. They saved the day and went beyond the call of duty. Much appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone looking for their service. A+ can be trusted

My wife has been using this bus company for over 15 years, typically to go to Stateline for a Turnaround trip. The drivers are always pleasant and helpful. We always have clean restrooms for the trip back and if we ask, they have fill our ice chests.
Roger is one of our favorite drivers but we have been happy with all the drivers they send. Last year we took a weekend trip to Laughlin and even though we had a minor delay at the beginning with a tire blowout, the trip was still very much a success. We realize you cant do anything about a tire blow out but we never felt unsafe or concerned.
Just finished another trip to Stateline and while I was playing craps a gal asked what the green sticker was for. I explained that each bus had a number and she said it must be very expensive and difficult to put a bus together but when I told her how easy it was, she said she was going to try to put one together herself. If you have never done it, give it a shot. It is much easier than you think and will cost less than $ 30 per person to get you to Stateline and back safely!

Organization chartered a 55 passenger bus for 27 of our members for a tour at the Temecula Balloon & Wine Rally to visit 4 Premier Wineries of the Temecula Valley. Our bus driver who’s name was Steve was courteous and explained all the safety procedures.
The Bus arrived on time and left on time to take us into the Temecula Valley. His driving skills amazed us because there were two wineries that had tight turning radius’s that we thought were impossible to complete. He did it without blinking an eye and he got us to each winery safely.
We just booked our Charter with Inland Empire for next year’s Rainbow RV Rally 2015 and we so look forward in doing more business with this company at other Rallies.

Chartered a 55-​passenger bus for a 3-​day teenage soccer trip to Las Vegas from LA with families. Our driver, Roger, arrived with the bus on time, despite it being a Friday afternoon with heavy traffic. Everything on the bus, including the DVD player and restroom, worked just fine. Roger was excellent, as he accommodated our changing game schedule and made sure our kids were at the fields on time. He was level-​headed, calm, and drove safely the entire time. IE Tours was not the cheapest bid I received, but their service and flexibility was outstanding, as was the safety and operations. With 16 families on board, I didn’t want to risk any problems or delays. I would definitely use them for future trips. My only critique is that I wish these busses had cup holders at the seats.

Family members wanted to do a turnaround to Stateline, so guess who was asked to take the helm? That’s right, ME! Found this place browsing online and decided to give it a shot. For Stateline, I rented a 56-​passenger bus and they charged me $ 20/​pp, with a 48 person minimum PLUS a $ 200 REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit. Any passengers ABOVE 48 would be an additional $ 20/​pp, anything BELOW 48 would be charged $ 25/​pp for however many empty seats below the 48 passenger minimum there are. You also get 1 free escort seat, so your seat doesn’t get charged if you have 48 people and you are the 49^th.
They’ll pick you up wherever you ask them to pick you up from, but there are more fees involved if you need more than one pick up location. I asked for a 7 am pick up from the school parking lot across the street from my house, and Jimmy our driver was there around 6:15 am. The bus was clean, not by my beloved Marine Corps standards, but definitely looked and smelled clean enough! LOL. We departed at approximately 7:04 am, and Jimmy the driver got us to the Barstow Station pit stop fast but more importantly safely, by 8:40-ish. After getting back on the road around 9:15 am and we arrived to Buffalo Bill’s at 11:00 am. One cool thing Jimmy did was inform me that if you check in as a tour guide with the little office there for the buses, you get $ 7 worth of coupons to use inside the Barstow Station AND the Popeye’s next door, and you can fill up your ice chests too because they have an ice machine in there!
I will use this company again for my next turnaround because of Jimmy’s great driving (he had us back in Montclair in a little over three hours with no pit stop in Barstow Station safely once again) and because of the overall professionalism of everyone who works there. I requested a quote online and within an hour, Stacey Key got in contact with me via email, which is pretty much how we communicated up to me going in to drop off payment in their office. When I got to their office, Andrea and Curtis were very attentive and helpful in answering all my questions. And to top it off, I received my cleaning deposit refund check for the full amount within 2 days of making arrangements!
