My family and I have been with Lewis Corp for more than four years in Northern California. I can tell nothing but good things about the personnel. The representatives and the maintenance personnel are very friendly and helpful. They respond quickly and will assist you with all concerns. They have returned almost 80% of my security deposit and returned my lease termination fee.
Before we moved to the Enclave at Homecoming we visited most of the Homecoming properties in the area. We decided to go with The Enclave because of the service and the representatives’ approach. The representative that helped us, Kianna E. was very friendly and helpful. She took all the time to answer all of our questions about the property, neighborhood, and the schools.
She is a very kind and knowledgeable professional. Lewis should be proud to have such dedicated and giving professionals.
I strongly recommend the Enclave if some ones to live in a place where the representatives and the maintenance are friendly and helpful where the concerns of the renters’ are the first priority.

Beware renters. Lewis Operating Corp will rob you. Your security deposit you will never see and the staff they hire, are very inexperienced. I rented for only 6 months, turned in the apartment looking spotless. By the time I received my statement, I was only being refunded $ 80 from my $ 600 deposit. I will never ever go back or refer anyone to this community at all.

My family and I have been residents at Carmel for almost a year now. We just signed our lease to extend another year. We love the amenities in our complex but the main reason we wanted to stay here was because of the events department. It seems as though every week we have something fun for the family to do. Whether it’s roasting s’mores at Huntington Beach with fellow residents or participating in a limbo contest at a luau, your team goes above and beyond for our family (and respective neighbors) to have a fun and unique experience. My oldest daughter is especially fond of Amber and looks forward to her warm smile and friendly personality at every event. Thank you guys for doing what you do. My friends that live elsewhere in Southern California are always lamenting that they want to live out here because our community is «always hosting such incredible events.» Thank you for making the experience of living in Lewis Communities so memorable.
