McDonald’s

Came very late to get something to eat… it is listed as a 24 hour McDonald’s. But it clearly wasn’t. I waited 5 minutes for somebody at the speaker, then I pulled around to the first and second window and i saw that there wasn’t anybody in the store whatsoever.

This McDonald’s seems smaller than most of their other locations, but it’s clean and well-​designed. And not many Mickey Ds have chandeliers in them!
Ever since the grand opening a few months ago, the staff have been pleasant and I’ve never had a problem here. Kudos to management for training their employees correctly. Whether I’m dining in or going through the drive-​thru, my food arrives fast and hot.
The food is, well, McDonald’s. In the mornings I’m a sucker for that Egg White Delight, hash brown, and coffee combo, especially when I’m running late. I’m not sure I would ever recommend a McDonald’s, but it sure hits the spot sometimes. This location is as good as any to indulge.

One of the worst McDonald’s service and food wise. every time I go I wait a long time for my food in the drive thru they always tell me to wait in the parking lot. When u get my food I don’t get my full order. The four times I’ve went there I order a fish fillet and when I get he bun is always hard. I
This McDonald’s is right by my house is rather go down to the McDonald’s down on foothill and Miliken way better service.

This McDonald’s is the worst. I ordered 2 happy meals, 6 piece chicken nuggets mighty meal and cheeseburger. Get home and there is only 3 nuggets in the box and the fries were so salty we couldn’t brush off some of the salt. The cheeseburger meal didnt have cheese. WTF! Instead of driving back, I called 3 times and twice I asked for the manager and got hung up on. The third time no answer. This location is a F-​in joke. I would give this location 0 stars, but Unilocal doesn’t rate below 1.

I have been coming here every friday noon for lunch for about a month already. Very friendly stuff. Price is right and the decorations is excellent.

Was not greeted at the front
They attend the drive through before their dine in customers
My food didn’t arrive until I walked up to wait for it ten minutes later
Had to look for ketchup because it wasn’t offered when getting my food
Cooks use their bare hands to make the food
Not sanitary

Review is for drive-​thru service
First off, I only come here for the breakfast. Everything else sucks. LoL.
The drive-​thru layout/​system is beyond flawed. I give my order when I pull up to the speaker only to be asked to repeat it at the first window to make sure it’s not the person’s behind me. Then I have to repeat it once more at the 2^nd window just to get the order wrong when I drive away.
Yet, these employees believe they should be paid $ 15.00 dollars an hour?

Come by from time to time to get my kid a happy meal when im on the go… people are real nice… drive thru could be a lil long but meh. we are near a mall… what do ppl expect

Drive thru is just plain ridiculous. Been here a couple times and every single time they forget something or mix up the orders. Management needs to step it up especially in a location like this

Negative 5 stars to this highly rude unprofessional staff at this restaurant. They need to train their employees in better customer relations and not to be so rude. Epic fail, won’t be back

Never ever ever ever in my life have I ever dealt with this deplorable level of customer service in my life. I’ve been here Atleast three times, not ONE time was my order correct. They forgot items every time and refused to refund what was their mistake. They are rude and have no regard for customer satisfaction, I will never support such a terrible place. Giving them one star even feels like too much. Even if you are close by go to another McDonald’s, the convenience isn’t even worth it

This has got to be the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. I was going to go to back and cook my own meal. How long does it take to cook oatmeal, an egg mcmuffin and a side of hot cakes. Apparently 30 mins and waiting. Take the fast out of fast food if you decide to come here.

Still too new. Got the order wrong until I repeated it twice, then left out all the hash browns from an order that had 4.

45 menit wait my breakfast hmmm bit still nice place new building. Believed or not huhh

I would put 0 stars if I could. 1 visit I got and paid for another persons drive through order. They had to refund me my money and charge me again for my order. Second visit went through drive through and they told me to pull ahead in and park in the reeve spot. 10 minutes go by and the manager comes out and asks me what I ordered. 20 min go by I had to go into store for order. 3^rd visit tonight I stop by after work cause my fiancé wanted mc Donald’s and they forgot my coke through the drive thru and the food was also cold. 3 strikes your out !! They need a new staff ASAP

So we’re here and waiting for our order. There’s a lot of beeping going off in the kitchen. Not sure if it’s an indicator they’re behind on the orders or maybe just something went wrong…
When we got in to order there was a gal who came in right before us (used the drive thru by the sound of her story) I guess they messed up on her order and she had to turn around and then wait for her order to be corrected.
I understand this place is still fairly new so I’m sure they’re all trying to figure out a system that works. Plus it’s also getting late. It does make me wonder what exactly is going on back there because they seem to have a lot more employees here and there’s not a lot of customers in the store and from where I’m sitting I don’t see any cars in the drive thru either.
Also there was a couple right before us who ordered much more than us and left long before we received our order… at least we got an extra hot fudge sundae… I’m just worried how it’ll be once the holiday season rolls around. I’m saying it now before the angrier reviews come but to the management and employees I hope you guys get an effective system down.

First off, the way their drive thru lines are designed encourages people to queue in the wrong order, making it easy to get someone else’s food order. Today the girl at the front window made me assemble my own Happy Meal in my car, handing me each piece of the meal one by one and having me put it in the box. Then, she made me taste my drink to make sure it was diet, which it wasn’t. Huh? If you were unsure why didn’t you just pour me another one instead of having me taste your mistakes?
An overall weird experience.

Here for the grand opening today and the services was excellent! Friendly and courteous staff and fast service. They deliver your order right to your table. They have an Art Deco theme inside that makes for a pleasant place to enjoy a meal-​I was impressed!

The restaurant is nice and clean but the workers are slow and made every mistake possible on my order then I ordered a coffee after ten minutes I checked on it and they hadn’t started on it this place sucks

This new McDonald’s is unlike no other! Pimply, emo teenage workers nowhere in sight! They actually have very pleasant workers with huge smiles on their faces! Their attire is also quite different from your average McDonalds. The dining area has chandeliers, wood grain looking tables, colorful seating and beautiful glass partitions. Best part is they bring your food to you. Love this place already! I took a star off just because my sons fries were a little bit below cooked, not the crispy McDonald’s fries I’m used to but I’m sure since they’re fairly new, they’ll work out all the kinks!
