Went here for lunch with 5 others, so I got to try many things. The ironic part is that even though«dumpling» is in the title of the restaurant, I feel that out of everything in the restaurant, they were the most disappointing. I had, both the steamed and the pan fried. The steamed were not very hot when they got to our table, which was disappointing. Even more disappointing was that they were a bit bland. The pan fried dumplings were just OK, for the same reasons. Everything else I tried was very good. The walnut shrimp were very large and crispy. I wish I could cook green beans like the ones I had, they were so flavorful. The beef scallion was on point. I also had the hot and sour soup, which in my opinion was a little too much on the sour side and not very hot at all. The green onion pancake was crispy, but bland, eating it with soy sauce fixed that. All in all, the food was very good. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Beef noodle soup(tasty broth & firm noodles), spicy eggplant(good portion), shrimp fried shrimp(pleasantly surprised w/the med-sized shrimp) and pork dumplings(my friend couldn’t pass on the 1-get-1-free offer but took a while to serve). Busy restaurant but I can see why. Food tasted great. No need to drive to SGV. Finally, a place for my Chinese food fix in the IE!

Uh-maz-ing. The juicy pork dumplings are fantastic! Deep, rich flavor to both the meat and the little bit of broth inside the dumpling. I’m stuffed to the gills right now, and I can already tell I’ll be having cravings for this place. As expected… I’ve been dreaming about Min’s Dumplings for about 3 months. Had to get a fix! Customer service friendly as always, and not a beat missed on the dumplings. Juicy, deep, rich broth, perfectly seasoned pork… Mmmm mmmm mmm!!! I want more!!!

Came here for lunch one day, got the beef noodle soup. I took it to go, they packaged the noodles separately from the broth so they wouldn’t get saturated, which I thought was nice. it was great. noodles were good and the beef was tender, my only complaint being that there wasn’t enough beef. still a big soup. the pot stickers were pretty good too, kinda greasy. but I would definitely come back.

When you’re low on gas and a drive to Din Tai Fung is too far, this place satiates the dumpling craving. Min’s is affordable, the food tastes pretty okay, but I mainly go here because it’s close by. My family ordered: juicy pork dumpling, the pork and shrimp dumplings, sautéed green beans, and the beef roll. The green beans were garlicky and crisp, the beef roll tasted like Phó(it has hoisin and lots of cilantro), and the dumplings were okay. Almost all my juicy dumplings broke, so only 2 of them actually had the broth inside it: c it was such a shame because that’s one of things I love about those dumplings. Right now they have a deal, BOGO juicy dumplings at 6.95 an order. Not a bad deal at all, so it definitely cushioned my deflated dumpling disappointment.

Everything we’ve tried here so far is delicious The best juicy pork dumplings I’ve ever had. The orange peel beef and chicken are so nom. Don’t get me started on the onion pancake and the garlic green beans. Min’s will not disappoint. They’ll even give you a fork if you’re a challenged chopstick user. :)

Meh. Not impressed. I came here last weekend with my grandma and husband. It’s located in the same shopping center as 99 Ranch. We walked in and were directed to sit at one of two round tables with a lazy susan. The tables were obviously for bigger parties, but since the smaller tables were all taken they sat at there. We started to order and had our drinks and everything, when a small booth opened up and they instructed us to move there. Ok… We ordered: –Juicy Pork Dumplings(Apparently, it’s buy one get one free. This would’ve been an awesome deal, had the dumpling been good. Each order comes with 8 pieces, and after 2, I felt grossed out. They were obviously old and stale.) –Chinese Style Fried Noodle. Very mushy noodles. –Hot & Spicy Beef Hotpot(decent) –Boy Choy. This was actually my favorite thing and the only thing I continued to eat. Service was slow and unfriendly. I won’t be back.

We were craving Chinese food so we popped into Min’s to give it a shot. I can’t say enough about how good their food is. We shared beef soup, combination fried rice, pork dumplings, onion pancake and beef hot pot. The dumplings were so tasty. The skin was thin and tender and the pork inside was juicy and very flavorful. The onion pancake was crispy and delicious. The fried rice was so good that we polished it off completely, not a grain left. I had never tried Beef soup before and we absolutely loved it. The broth was so flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the beef was very tender. The beef hot pot is a not only good but a fun experience, it arrives to the table sizzling. We ordered mild and they accidentally gave us spicy and holy moly spicy is not for the faint of heart. But if you love spicy this lives up to it’s name! When we let them know they were very nice and brought out the mild version we ordered. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

Pretty decent XLB for the IE. Comparable to Mama Lu’s in MPK, but more Chinese rather than Hong Kong, if you know what I mean. I went during BOGO and it was worth it. Normal price is about $ 7 for one order of XLB. The skin was kinda thick, but it was still good. The deep fried spicy fish is good too. The portion is small for $ 11 but the flavor was totally there. We also ordered the onion pancake and theirs is crispy and flakey. Soooo good. Service was not great, but not completely awful. Definitely will be back if they keep the BOGO offer!

We went to this place cause I love dumplings. I would like to give this one a try. When we ordered their pork du. plings it was good but I think Panda Inn’s dumpling is still the best. They have various dishes too but be careful when you ask for the spicy ones. They really are hot. I think they put four or more jalapenos in their spicy dishes. This is not that bad as a new place.

A fun find right in our own backyard!!! We didn’t make it too far down the menu once we saw the dim sum on the first page… It was all pretty good! A few drained soup dumplings, but they were still pretty good. The service was excellent and the price was just right. Certainly beats driving out to Arcadia for soup dumplings. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

One of the newest Chinese food spots that popped out of the growing Chinese scene in the Rancho area. Their special at the moment is Buy One Get One(BOGO) soup dumplings(aka Xiao Long Bao aka XLB). As long as you like XLBs, this place is totally worth going to. The dumplings here are pretty good. The skin is decently thin and the filling was flavorful. The amount of the soup in each dumpling is inconsistent. And because of that, I can not say that this place is the best for dumplings. Din Tai Fung in Arcadia is still ranked supreme in the soup dumpling game. Got to order a few other dishes. Stir fried lamb, beer braised duck, and some sort of egg tofu dish. The lamb was probably the tastiest dish. It was very well seasoned, not very gamy, and there’s a very noticeable flaming smokey wok aroma that’s you want from good Chinese dishes. Braised duck was good but not great. I felt like it could use a little more spice. But it was tasty. Beware of bones, there was very little meat in the duck dish. A lot of bones to gnaw on. If you are into that, great, but if you aren’t. Do Not order this dish. And the tofu dish was just whatevers. It wasn’t bad, but I didn’t think it was too special. Basically fried eggs cooked over a bed of tofu. And they drown it with some type of superior soup. Think tofu fritatta. I would definitely recommend this place to people who can appreciate Chinese food and those who just want to get their kung pao on. Cuz they got that too. Service is quite excellent for a Chinese place. Just gotta be a little patience and always remember to ask for service if you need it.

Tried the veggie dim sum, onion pancake, and the spicy fish filet. Shared with the hubby and had plenty left over. The fish was nice and flavorful, and very generous! The onion pancake was great to dip into the sauces and had a really good chewy texture. The dim sum was perfectly made with some nice minced veggies inside. The only thing I wish is for refillable soda. Not a fan of the can of soda. I definitely recommend a try.

Pork soup dumplings(which seems to be advertised as their star player from the entire menu) are melt-in-your-mouth wonderful! I’ve had a few variations of soup dumplings elsewhere, but Min’s definitely goes right up there in my top 2. The dough is PERFECTION! It takes a while for them to reach your table from the kitchen, but it is worth the wait. I also want to point out that their green onion pancakes are the best I’ve ever had! Must order! Spicy wontons are a hot item as well if you like spicy food! I knocked off a star because we also ordered kung pao chicken which came out room temp(mehhh). Their beef chow mein & shrimp fried rice was ehhh. average. Makes me wonder if anything else besides the dumplings and green onion pancakes are any good? Seems like those two & the spicy wontons are their sellers that will keep customers walking through their doors… Including me! Since it takes a while for your food to arrive, I suggest they offer at least some complimentary sweet & sour or egg drop soup for the wait or even at least some pickled cabbage lol

The great reviews are great and the bad reviews are BAD … We kept an open mind and found the following: Service — quick and attentive(even got a few smiles) Pot stickers — filling was flavorful, steamed just right and juicy Dumplings– pork was gently seasoned and although some were full of that savory juice, others were dried out. Nothing to be heart broken over. Salt and pepper fish was a chef’s favorite item — loved it. Lamb dish(don’t remember what it was called) was ok too much cilantro as the stems were left in the dish. A few stems ok, but there were just too many for my taste. Meat was done perfectly though. Final thoughts on Min’s — There are so many items on their menu that a return is a must for us. Min’s is not a «fancy, we kiss your ass» dumpling house nor is the food horrible… it’s a solid little dumpling house in an Asian market shopping center that makes us non-Asian folks happy. I guess opinions are like … Everyone has one. I’m happy we tried Min’s and we will definitely be back.

Min’s Dumpling House just recently opened in Rancho Cucamonga(within the 99 Ranch Market Plaza) and it’s been on my foodie radar for a few weeks. I then received the menu in the mail and on the front stated that their Grand Opening special was a BOGO for Juicy Pork Dumplings(The Special expires on 10÷31÷15). Okay, well I’m in! My husband and I came here over the weekend for lunch. We arrived around 11:15AM and were immediately greeted and seated at a booth. We ordered the following: — — — — — — — — Juicy Pork Dumplings($ 6.95 for 8 pieces) 2nd order of Juicy Pork Dumplings was FREE Pan Fried Dumplings($ 6.95) Green Onion Pancake($ 3.95) Eggplant in garlic sauce with pork Hot Tea ======================== TOTAL $ 27.86 The green onion pancake was the first item to come out followed shortly by the eggplant in garlic sauce with pork. The food was so hot that we had to wait for it to cool down a bit before digging in. The sauce that comes with the eggplant had bits of garlic in it with hints of sweetness and spiciness. I would definitely order this dish again. The onion pancake was hot and crispy. Up next were the juicy pork dumplings then the pan fried dumplings. You mix the soy sauce and vinegar in the little dish they give you which has thinly sliced ginger in it. To be honest, I’m always in Arcadia for lunch during the week and am in San Gabriel a lot as well. I’ve had better dumplings, but I still really enjoyed everything I had during my meal. Regarding customer service, it wasn’t the«friendliest», but what Chinese restaurant is? At other restaurants, my friend(who speaks Chinese) has to flag people down and yell across the room for service LOL. I actually don’t dine at those Chinese places unless I have my friend with me or else you’d be sitting there forever! The service here was decent as they were prompt, took away plates, and provided refills and to-go boxes(so I really have no complaints). We actually were stuffed and had to bring most of the eggplant and some dumplings home in a box which we ate again for dinner with some brown rice. It’s Sunday night and I am writing this review while I’m eating. Let’s me tell you, this place is amazing! We are Chinese so we ordered 4 traditional Chinese dishes. #57-Fish head in hot chili Pepper: This dish is very authentic, my mother is from Hunan and I have had this dish every time I go dine with her, Min’s offers really fresh fish head and the red pepper inside tastes incrediblely good! #102– Hot spicy frog in Hotpot: this one is so so just average. #103– Hot spicy chitterlings in Hotpot: you have to order this if you love authentic Chinese food. This one is the best I have ever had! I can literally eat this everyday if I could. #130 Stir Fried Tomato w/egg: This dish is delicious, we can taste the freshness from the food. Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all of my friends!

This place was blah for me. My mom loves dim sum so we tried this place out for dinner. It is a very small place, but the décor was nice. We waited about 10−15min for a table. The guy that was getting our order made us feel like he was sort of rushing us? He seemed irritative. When we got our waters, I had some like black stuff in my cup and I switched that out. We also got some tea which tasted alright. We ordered pork dim sum, spicy beef, walnut shrimp, and combo fried rice. Everything was basic, but the walnut shrimp was pretty good. That is the only thing I enjoyed. In addition, it was pretty damn expensive for such small portions. I don’t think I’ll give this place another try. It is not worth it at all.

It’s a little pricey for some dishes but they do have an awesome opening deal going on till sometime in October. BOGO on the Xiaolongbao aka the Pork Dumplings. They were good, eat them hot! Beef roll was kinda small and not worth the price. Still cleared my plates here, might have to find a more modestly priced place for dumplings though.
