Eric is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my laptop which stopped working while I was away on a business trip and this, just after I had installed a SSD and a new screen. I wasnt about to give up on it even though I had it for a few years now. I told him my problem, that the laptop just gave up its ghost while I was working on it, for no known reason. He asked a few questions, and suggested that I take out the battery and plug in the power without the battery, and it came back on. He waived any consultation fee and said he had come across this problem before and that I did not need his help. I was very grateful. He could have taken my computer in, and done what he had told me to do, and charged me a fee, and I would have been none the wiser. I had dealt with Eric before, and had bouight a used all-​in-​one for a non-​profit, and it is still working. If you need a reliable IT consultant, call Eric!

awesome customer service and fast. Computer had been locked and they were able to unlock my husbands MacBook pro, and you know a lot of people really don’t want to mess with apple products instead they refer you to the Apple Store. Not in this case! they were awesome

I’ve been taking my computers and laptops here for the past few years and I always receive awesome and honest customer service. The service is prompt and prices are reasonable. Superior service compared to the so called «geek squad» and other local computer repair shops in my area. Richard always does an excellent job of explaining the problems and recommending solutions and giving options to repair or replace your hardware. I appreciate their honesty. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Nettech since the store first opened approx 15 years I guess. I never have hade to take my computer any where else due to the customer service has been outstanding but most important the 5 computers purchased over the years have always been withoput question a great tool knowing that if something gets corrupted or etc it can be fixed fast with excellent service. This place has been a life saver on more than one occasion. I’m an online student, so it’s crucial that I keep a working computer at all times. Everytime I go, they always rescue me from what I believe to be is a crisis. They’re reasonable and friendly and work with you to ensure you leave happy.

Super happy with the service they provide. Like most, i know verry little about computers, so being taking advantage of is easy to do. This place is super honest and will walk you threw the process of what u need the computer for. I was willing to throw money at my computer in upgrades but net tech walked me threw what would work. The end result was money saved and a happy computer.

* two months later same problem happened and charged me 150.

NetTech saved me. They saved all my data and took care of me in a very timely fashion. The technicians anticipate what will assist the consumer and go the extra mile. I am very pleased.

I had a guy I work with look at my laptop, he took it apart and 2 months later told me I needed a new one
I THEN took it to Eric who in a week and a half not only fixed it, had to order another part and DID NOT charge me the difference.

Came in here to buy a replacement power supply for mom’s PC tower. Eric was super helpful with showing me what plugs I needed to snap into place. Even offered me a discount on the part. I would gladly recommend them for these type of repairs/​part replacements.

just called this place and tell them i was on my way (coming from Brea where I work), i told them i would be there right at 6 if not a few minutes late. I asked if they could stay open just so i could drop off my computer and he said yes. I got there at 6:04 and all the bars were on the door and they were gone. I got here as quick as I could and even called to make sure if I was late they would take my computer. I will not go to this place now because of this and give my business to someone else, ARGH!!!

Wow, I’m impressed. This is my third time using the services provided by Net Tech Computers in Rancho Cucamonga and I’ve been 100% satisfied every time. Not only did Eric take care of my computer, but he was cordial throughout the entire process, he gave me an accurate estimate in terms of time right from the beginning, and my computer now works as if it were brand new. He also took the extra measure of giving me some advice as to how to avoid this problem in the future.
I would recommend Eric and Net Tech to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!
