After mutiple mistakes of attempting service at the exact opposite time of day I instructed them to attempt service, they also never once called me to update me on the status. I had to call them twice at which time I was told I would be called back and again they failed. I called again the following morning and did not receive a call back until the end of the day from a woman who claims she was the manager and gave me a lot of nasty attitide and a bunch of excuses as to why they did such a horrible job. I was told I couldnt talk to the owner or process server and that if she we were to give them my contact information that they would take several weeks to return my call if infact they would call at all. I paid $ 55.00 for nothing basically. Oh did I mention the process server had a phone conversation with the person being served so now they are aware that someone is trying to serve them SMH! If I had read a review about this place I would never have gone… full regrets!
