Lots of selections at a steal of a price. on top of that, these guys are down to earth friendly and helpful. go here before you goto the big box stores. you maybe surprised to see what they have here. I’ve been looking for an electric lawn mower for my dad and I got one at an unbelievable price. the guys brought it down, unboxed it for me and even showed me how to use it. glad I came and I’ll be back. thanks T!

I went to the location in Anaheim under the name So Cal Liquidation(found them on Craigslist)…out of the 7 items that I purchased 4 items had either missing pieces, broken or it was obvious it was previously used and returned… they will not give you a refund if what you buy from them is broken… only store credit… I would never buy from them again… buyer beware!

AVOIDATALLCOST! The owners, Rochelle and Scott will rip you off if you are buying truckloads. The first few deals still go through without a problem, but somewhere along the line, after they get your trust, they will collect your money and hear a bunch of BS of why your truckload hasn’t arrived. I filed a legal lawsuit against R&S liquidation and both owners. Avoid doing business with them, they will try to dissolve their existing corporations(they have a few active) and start new corps. to rip off more people and be protected by the corporate umbrella.

BUYERSBEWARE!!! Purchased a truckload of merchandise two months ago and never received it. Trying to get a refund and owners are avoiding my calls and emails. Just found out they are closing. Another customer came in seeking a refund because he didn’t receive his truckload that he purchased three months ago. Come to find out that they have had several business names. R & S Liquidation, SoCal Closeouts and SoCal Liquidation. I have contacted the local authorities. Keep an eye out for these guys as they will probably turn up with a different business name.

This has been the best hidden secret for us… I first found it on Craigslist and after my first visit I got hooked, but my husband even more, he’s there at least once a week. We got three light fixtures at excellent prices, a pair of table lamps, my bathroom vanity, and my husband has gone back so many times to buy tools! it’s an amazing place! but the best part is the customer service we get everytime! love it, love it, love it!

Great find! It’s been at this location for about a year but what timing. They have some real good deals on the thing we need and even the things we don’t need are so inexpensive it doesn’t hurt the pocketbook to splurge. Thank you R&S for the great service. We will be back.

I am always on the hunt for a good ol’ bargain place. I have found many simply circling random business parks where all you see are plain, undisclosed office suites. This is the kind of place where you’ll find R&S Liquidation. If you are doing ANY kind of home improvement project, or simply wanting to update any fixture in your home, check this place first! Chances are you’ll find something great here, and pick up some other random home stuff while you’re at it! I was on the hunt for a couple of new ceiling fans to replace at home. Ceiling fans aren’t all that attractive in the first place, so if you’re gonna have one up, it should at least be somewhat appealing. The«nice» ones I’ve liked at the big home improvement stores are close to $ 200 and up(Hampton Bay or Hunter brands), but I was fortunate to find many, many, many here. You’ll have to rummage through the stacked boxes, and when you find one you like just tell the owner(very cool dude), and he’ll get it down for you, open it up, and check to make sure all the parts are there(he knows if something is missing), and that nothing is broken. A lot of times, the light globe is the one thing that is broken, so you may have to open a few boxes before finding a complete one, but they have no problem opening them, since they’ll have to open them up eventually. Once they do open them up, they mark them as either«OK» or with a note that explains a part is missing or broken. If you don’t mind ordering the missing or broken replacement part on eBay or something, then he’ll sell you the item for even cheaper! I bought three at $ 40 each! One of them was an outdoor ceiling fan for my mom, which she had been looking for. There are toilets, light fixtures, kitchen and bathroom sinks, appliances, cabinets, sprinkler systems, heating and a/c parts and accessories, shelving, bathtubs, shower walls, patio heaters, gardening supplies, tools, and other home finds here. They are all brands that you will find at Home Depot or Lowe’s, but they are open-box items that you’ll have to spend some time sifting through. Apparently lots of contractors go there to buy stuff for their projects which irks me somewhat, because they’re buying super cheap but charging clients up the ass for these items. This place is in an unsuspecting commerce/business center, but if you go in the driveway, just drive straight ahead, and you’ll see a bunch of items sitting out front. The owners are very helpful and cool and if you«Like» their Facebook page, you can stumble upon some coupon codes or specials, and even get a small discount for simply«checking in.» They accept credit/debit cards, too! Even if you’re not working on any projects at home, visit R&S and chances are you’ll walk out with a new project lined up!
