Second time coming to tangles and I love it here! Its so classy, elegant, and all employees are very welcoming. First time I came here was a couple weeks ago to get my hair styled for my HS graduation and I looked & felt beautiful! LEXI did a wonderful job for my hair that day, so today I went in again this morning for a balayage, And had lexi to do it. She is very sweet, charming, humble, and listens to all your cray stories ! LOL. Before my hair looked like hell, and Lexi saved me !!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

Again, ASK FOR LEXI TO DO YOUR HAIR, U WONT REGRET IT!!! Advice: book a hair appointment early in the morning, they play nice music and they also offer complimentary water or coffee. (Hehe!)

First time at Tangles and I literally just walked in an they contacted a stylist for me!!! I couldn’t be happier!!! This salon is gorgeous, upbeat, modern and the staff is awesome!!! Lexy executed my request to a T and I literally cried from how happy I was with the outcome! Another great part was the pricing… so affordable while so professional! Thank you LEXY you’re amazing!!!

If you are looking for someone who does blonde I highly recommend Lexi! I Just got my hair done by Lexi and will definitely be going back! I’ve been looking for a good blonde hair stylist for a year now and have gone to multiple people only to be left with disappointment and over charged prices. I naturally have dark brown hair and Lexi knows how to get the perfect blonde color without any of that ugly orange color. The salon is also OUTSTANDING! They have a super friendly front desk girl and extremely clean and lovely salon.

I just got my hair colored and cut by Jessica and it’s one of my favorite cuts and color I’ve ever gotten! I had gotten a balayage done a couple months ago and wanted to go back to my natural hair color but Jessica suggested maybe going over my balayage with a brown that was a little bit lighter than my natural. It was a perfect suggestion and I love the color she chose! I brought a picture in and she totally understood the style and look I was going for. She’s also super nice and personable. Looking forward to getting my hair done by her in the future.

The first time I came here I was booked with Lexi to do a haircut. This time I came back and had her color my hair and it turned out so pretty! I absolutely love getting my hair done by her, she is super friendly and down to earth and makes the time go by so fast! Loving my new hair!

JP does amazing work! I love the color of my hair. I am going to post a pic to show her fabulous work! I have very curly hair and she blows it out and makes it look and feel great! It’s so important to spend the extra time and money on your hair! It’s so hard to get the right blonde when you start with a dark color but JP gets it done. She’s always positive and great to talk to. I just love my hair!

This review has taken me a little time to write, but December was when I had my first experience at Tangles! I was recommended by a friend and I was so happy I listened to her! I got a color correction done by Paul– he was so patient listening to my wants and needs and definitely delivered! I already cannot wait to see him again! Not to mention, the salon itself is clean and high-​end.

Every time I leave the salon, I’m so happy! Lacey seriously has talent. She has done my hair three times and I have never felt so happy with the results like I do leaving Tangles. I’m a natural blonde and I feel so comfortable with her and I trust her! She listens 100% of what you want and is not shy to recommend other options I love that! My first experience was the best and gets better every time. She is the first one to give me highlights and I recently got Balayage (which turned out so beautiful!) She does wonders with layers. I’m so in love with my hair every time I see her. Not only is she great with hair she is also very friendly. I cant wait for many more appointments! My mom also goes to her as well and we are just so pleased every time! Choose Lacey! :)

I’ve been coming to see Sand here for over 6 years. She has really changed my life and boosted my confidence. She is a miracle worker with the scissors, extensions and hair pieces of all types. She is very experienced and will make sure you are completely satisfied. She gets a feel for your personality, fits you with some hair to match and you will truly be impressed with her on many levels. She isn’t there very often but if you’re able to book with her (I’ve been grandfathered in ;), she is worth the wait, and worth every dime. Sandie is the real deal if you want quality, experience & professionalism, and to look absolutely amazing.

I am so in love with my hair! I’ve always wanted extensions and today, Sandie made that dream come true! They turned out so incredible! She did a wonderful job at blending my real hair in with my extensions! I feel so amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. She and her assistant made me feel so comfortable! Tangles is a beautiful salon. Everyone is so friendly and they do a phenomenal job at making you feel at home! They always make sure you’re happy with the outcome of your hair! I will never be going anywhere but to Sandie now for extensions! I would recommend her to anyone! So beautiful. Thank you so much Sandie! You’re the best!

The best in the business with Lash extensions… I get compliments everywhere I go… And… Totally in love with my hair! Heidi is amazing!!! It feels so healthy. She worked with me in helping me achieve the look I wanted and assured me that if I wanted to later go shorter then we could. Besides being great at cutting… she can color with the best of them! She took me from red to blonde with no problem or damage to my hair… if you need LASHES, color and/​or a cut… go see her!!!

Where should I begin?! I’ll begin with the positive!
I found out about Tangles through a mailer I received. For the record… I am a regular at Hair A Juku, but I moved to the other side of town and needed someone to see me ASAP. I chose Tangles based on the mailer and Unilocal.
I called to schedule two appointments. One for my daughter and another one for myself. Amanda answered the phone. In addition to the both of us needing a haircut appointment, we also needed an up-​do appointment for an upcoming, super formal wedding that we were due to attend.
In speaking with Amanda I expressed my needs and she went a head and gave us 4 appointments. Two on a Thursday for a haircut and one for an up-​do on that coming Saturday at 10:30.
We arrive to the Salon to get our haircuts, everything was fine. It’s a very stylish, lounge type salon. They offer you beverages when you check-​in. Super nice perk, right?!
The stylist were both good as far as hair is concerned. Personality, meh. Not the super friendliest nor happy, smiley and outgoing kinda gals. It’s our first visit. You would think that they want their business to have a good rep, so being outgoing would be a BIG way to earn some new, ready-​to-​spend money kinda customers, but no. Not here!
We check out so we could pay and as I’m paying, I’m also asking her to confirm my time for the up-​do on Saturday. She’s checking the computer and she starts asking, «who
Scheduled your appointment?» I didn’t recall at the time, but she was able to verify in the system who scheduled. Instead of being professional and taking the hit for the team, she blames Amanda for not scheduling. I was pretty upset, but was trying to remain calm while there.
When they finally confirmed I wasn’t on the schedule, the receptionist/​hostess took my information dow and said she would call me. She said, she would get to the bottom of it and try to squeeze me in. I never got a call and I had to do my own hair for the event because it was so last minute to go elsewhere.
Others have also complained and Unilocaled about similar situations. It’s too bad such a nice salon is going to tank all because you have incompetent people working the schedule. I would not return!

Lacey did such an amazing job on my bayalage. I was hesitant and nervous at first to try it but after discussing it together I went forth with it. Lacey made sure I got what I wanted. She wanted to see that satisfied «smile». The color blends in so perfectly, I will most definitely be coming back to Lacey. I love my hair, thanks Lacey !

Great experience! They did my hair just how I wanted and were so friendly and welcoming. Brittany the receptionist is always so bubbly and sweet, and Lacey does such a great balyage! My hair always looks exactly the way I want, I highly recommend this salon, especially Lacey!

Heidi is absolutely AMAZING! My sister cut off about 15 inches of hair and she did exactly what we asked for. She’s charismatic, fun and most importantly VERY TALENTED. This was our first time here, but we’ll definitely be back because of her. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family. Thank you Heidi for your amazing work

This is my second time back. I see Emily. She is amazing. I find it hard to find anyone who can do blonde or color and haircuts. It is usually one or the other. But, Emily can do it all. She is super sweet and is extremely professional. A++ job!!!
Not to mention the girls at the front desk are very sweet and friendly. They make booking an appointment easy and they always call to confirm your appointment and greet you warmly when you arrive. I have finally found a new place to get my hair done!

The salon is welcoming, the receptionist and the staff are friendly. There is wine, water and healthy treats. Great specials on products, 40% on Bumble and bumble?!?

Paul is amazing! He’s been doing my hair for over 5 years. I’m super picky with my hair and Paul has always left my hair beautiful and healthy. He educates me on what products to use and gives me styling tips. He’s the best I won’t go to anyone else!
