worst place for storage ever !! rat infested !!
$ 1,000’s of dollars lost ! now that we have a house we cant use any of it because the rats pissed and shit and ate through all our things

uncalled for, unprofessional, disregard for people’s personal belongings and family valuables.
some of my things are non-​replaceable i’m devastated.

Anita at Vineyard Storage is one of the rudest people I have interacted with in a very long time.
I called to pay off a friend’s storage unit and give them considerable business and she was very unaccommodating, combative, and refused to tell me when someone else would be in that I could give my business to.
With so many storage places available, this is not how you treat people Anita.
