I have taken the Course 1 with Jessica and it was great! She does not rush you while practicing during class. She is very good at explaining what to do and she even gives you help with tip on baking as well. Jessica goes out of her way and even replies back to emails, phone calls, and even facebook messages right away after classes or during the week. She is very supportive during classes, and I can not wait to take the rest of the courses with her. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.
