I don’t know what words to use to explain my treatment and frustration at and with this facility. I scheduled an appointment almost two weeks prior for Wednesday December 2nd at 9:45am. I arrived at my appointment at 9:35am only to be told that I could not be seen. I requested time off from work for this appointment and initially I was very excited to see my baby’s growth seeing as how I’m four months pregnant. After some back and forth with scheduling, my OB’s office and the desert advanced imaging staff telling me there wasn’t anything they could do but reschedule me, I decided to call and speak to a manager. Mind you, scheduling dropped the ball and they were treating me as if I had done something wrong. Come to find out this«manager» had no knowledge of the mess her staff was making of my situation. Now it’s 10:45. The«manager» then informs me to come back right then for my ultrasound. I went back to this stupid place thinking everything was taken care of… NOT! I sat there for almost an hour(11:38) before I became so upset that I began to cry. Not only did they waste 2 hours of my life, I will not be paid by my employer for that time lost. I’m appalled, I’m angry, hurt and disappointed. I had plans to get blood work done as well, so I was fasting. I was hungry, full of water for the ultrasound and very uncomfortable. What ASSHOLES to treat anyone that way. They made the mistake, refused to fix it and when given the opportunity to actually fix it, they still screwed up! This is not my first run in with this office, so to avoid any further«non-communication» I let my OB know I REFUSE to go to this facility or any of their other locations for anything anymore. I will share my experience with anyone who will listen because this type of service or lack thereof is unacceptable. I will also make sure to get better insurance, maybe that’s why they were so careless.

Popularity: Unsure but, it was the closest place to go to get X-rays done oppose the the ER. Reason of Visit: Took my mom in for X-rays. Cellular Reception: Yes. Free Wifi: No. Outdoor Space: None. Cleanliness: The 5 second rule does not apply here. Lighting: Sufficient lighting. Presentation: Clean. Ownership: RadNet. Items Ordered: X-rays. Check-in Wait Time: 8 minutes. Temperature: °75 Staffs knowledgement of business and or amenities: Overall Service: Good with the exception of receptionists. Staffs response on compliments: I did not give one. Staffs response about complaints: I did not give one. Recommendations: Two ** stars or less dont consider. Three *** stars be cautious. Four **** stars or more highly recommended. Quick Notes: Always short staffed and takes hours to get someone to answer your call to schedule. The receptionist like to bounce people around to different locations. I been calling since 11am and I’ve spoken to about a dozen girls who either dont know what they are doing or simply lazy. Beef up your manpower RadNet, your service might be good but, your receptionists are not. My reviews are structured and rated in many areas. I believe that my experiences will provide consumers satisfactory or acceptable in quality or quantity information.
