I love love love this place! Pedals is so much fun! The instructors are high energy, super nice and funny! They play great music, the app is easy, the price packages are reasonable given that each instructor is very qualified. The vibe here is exactly what I want from a spin studio!

Pedal Spin is absolutely one of the most welcoming, professional and caring fitness studios I’ve ever been to in this area. If not anywhere!
Each instructor offers their unique gift of teaching a class. By going to different instructors it creates a new workout. I can’t say enough about each and every instructor. They are ALL the BEST! Lorrie, Jeff, Simon, Troy, Margi, you all make everyday a better day! I encourage anyone to become part of this Pedal Spin family!!!

I went to Palm Springs for my bachelorette party, and my friends, knowing how much I love spinning, set up a special class for me. Jeff and Simon we AMAZING! They had bachelorette caution tape on our bikes, and gave me a veil and sash to wear! The actual class was awesome, challenging, motivating, you could tell everyone really had a great time. I am so grateful for the memory and the great work out! They made my bachelorette weekend so special! I definitely recommend them and hope I can go back soon!

One of the best studios in the valley — great facility! Great staff! Great fun! I leave feeling like a had a great ride, want more and eager to come back! The staff actually cares about the clients — they seem to have left their egos at the door and think about the clients first! I am client #1 for a reason — this place is wonderful. Forget the studios that do so many things you winder where you are — here they spin and we soon and that is refreshing!

First visit was very impressive. As a local business owner in the wellness and fitness industry, I was pleased to see such a professional environment by the front desk staff as well as the Spin Instructor. Atmosphere was encouraging, instructor was motivating without being intimidating or promoting an unsafe environment. The studio was clean with hip décor. Well done.

Great spinning studio! Was in town for vacation weekend, found this place via Unilocal.Studio is clean, bright and shiny! Staff was helpful and friendly. Took Lori’s Saturday am class. It was challenging but fun! Music was great too. All in all, a great experience! Will definitely be back every time in town!

If you like to spin, then this is the best place in the desert to take a class! There are so many wonderful things to mention about this studio. First, and foremost are the people. From Davia, the sweet young lady who works the front desk, to all of top notch instructors who motivate you with their energy, enthusiasm, and music. The culture there is amazing! Lately, I’ve been coming on Saturdays, and I love doing Lorrie’s morning class. You’ll love her too! Lorrie is positive, encouraging, and just makes you feel good about being there with her. Second, I love the studio itself. Everything is brand new & super clean. The bikes are well maintained (not like some other studios that I’ve been to). Also, the ambiance they have created with lightening & sound system gets an A+++ in my book! It’s like you are in a disco. The fun atmosphere makes working hard and sweating… FUN! Third, I appreciate the fact that they offer one trial visit for free (and even will supply you with spin shoes on your first visit). Towels are also gratis! If you forget your water, they have large smart waters you can buy which are real inexpensive. Be sure to check out for the special they run. You can get phenomenal discounts. Finally, the parking at Pedal Spin is ample. This is a real hot bottom of mine. I am always coming in a few minutes right before class starts, and the worse thing for me is not being able to find a parking space when I’m stressed about getting there on time, and getting set up. You won’t have any parking issues here! Thumbs up on everything!!!

Back in town for the week and just had to come back for more.
It’s over 100 degrees now, but PEDAL has the studio perfectly air conditioned. You’ll love it!
This week I took Jeff and Troy’s classes.
Jeff’s music was GREAT! Lot’s of pop, EDM and dance music. I think I knew all but one song. He was fun and I liked the pace of his class.
Troy’s class was strict «traditional» spinning. If you are a cyclist, you’ll enjoy it. It was more «in the saddle» than Jeff’s.
Both classes were great workouts and I’d go back to both of them.

My parents just moved to the desert and I’m visiting them for the summer from college. I am so glad I found pedal, it’s by far the best spinning I’ve ever experienced. The room has disco lights and is air conditioned, so don’t worry about the desert heat! Michelle the owner is so extremely nice and motivating, her classes will kick your butt into shape. Lorrie who is the director, is also very welcoming and sweet. I look forward to taking one of her classes as well. Go to a take a class at pedal, you will be glad you did! Plus you can rent shoes for $ 2, and I believe the first time is on the house :)

I was in town visiting a friend, and I was happy to try out this latest addition to the Pedal Spin family. I have been going to Pedal Spin for several years now in LA, and love their classes. This location did not disappoint: it is new, clean, with a great shower for afterwards. Laurie is a fantastic teacher: I especially loved the Pedal Pump class, since I really need the upper body work.

This is the best spin studio I’ve ever visited. I’m from Colorado and indoor spinning is huge in the winter. I’ve attended many classes at different studios both in Colorado and San Francisco and Pedal Spin is the best. I wish we had a studio like this in Denver. Top notch bikes, clean studio with energizing atmosphere, and great instructor.
I tried 2 types of classes and loved the combination of Pedal/​Pump. Both classes were challenging and I left feeling great. If you’re considering spin classes go to this studio and you’ll be glad you did. They even rent shoes & provide towels. This place rocks!

I noticed this new spinning studio while visiting and shopping in Rancho Mirage this past weekend and I’m glad I gave Pedal a try. I really enjoyed the awesome sound/​lighting system and a little blast of cool air to keep me going through the challenging class. The bikes appeared to be brand-​new and the whole studio was pristine so I wish I had a nice place to spin like this by my house. Can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in town!
