Fancy Nails

I have been going there for my usual manicure and I liked it at first but after a while the ladies that work there became very rude. One lady hurt my sisters nails and messed up her nails and refused to fix them. That’s same day they had us driving all the way to an atm because there systems were down and over charges us. I don’t recommend coming here

Tammy is the best nail in town. She has always done my nails for years and Wendy gives a great pedicure too!

The staff here is very nice and friendly. Plus, they seem to have quite a few regulars. I already have a nail spa that I prefer, but I would say this is my «second favorite». Aside from the nice service, I’ve never had to wait too long and they do a nice job. I’ve only had manis and pedis done. Although they do a good job, I don’t feel they are as thorough. For example, I once asked for the removal of callus (dead skin) on my feet, and the lady barely scrubbed. I wouldn’t know how good they are with waxing though, as I always get my eyebrows threaded.

I love this place. I’ve been going here for 5 years and all of my family goes here (2 aunts, grandma, cousin, bf sister and 2 close friends). My favorite is the SNS product they use (signature nail system) it last 3 weeks and better than gel because you don’t need the UV lamp.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. About an hour & a half before closing. There were about 6 nail techs working. One of which was just walking around circling watching the others work. I waited about 10 minutes for one lady to finish so she could do my nails.
All I wanted was a fill/​color change. I always get a gel full set. Well the lady that did it rushed. My gel NEVER chipped in the 3 years that I’ve been getting it but after coming here it did.
I only came here because it was convenient, right by my job (where I used to go was by my old job also but I’m not driving all the way to Lakewood just for nails lol). I’m not coming back here. It’s too much for the quality & I don’t mind paying but I don’t like getting ripped off.

I enjoy getting my nails done here. I usually just go anywhere. but they have made me a regular! Their service is great! Susan does a EXCELLENT job with Gel Manicures and her designs are fabulous! I get compliments on my nails everday… and the gel actually stays pretty much perfect for 2 weeks (with the exception of the natural growth of the nails). Mimi did my pedicure and i would definitely go with her again. She is VERY nice and did a great job.

I’ve been here once and I can say that I was highly dissatisfied. I got a full set and it was horrible and they were rushing me. I should’ve knew when there were hardly any people in there. Never again!

I’ve been coming here for years. The prices are good and my pedi lasts for at least a month and my mani lasts a good 10 days.
There are some cons (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Asians typically don’t do great customer service. It’s not part of the culture. So don’t expect roses when you come. Although they are better than others. My major gripe is when I say I don’t want something, it means I don’t want it. Don’t ask a 2^nd time. And sometimes the wait time can be bad and they don’t always give good estimates.
I am vietnamese and understand the conversation. I can’t say it never happens, but while I’m there, they’re really talking about every day things (food, kids, etc.). They aren’t talking about customers.

After already waiting 20minutes she then tells me it’ll be 45 more minutes because they have appointments– why couldnt thy tell me that when i walked in! Ridiculous! Like I have time to waste?! Horrible I will never come back here again.

I’ve been coming here couple times since my friend first introduced it to me and i love their mani and pedi. They did a french tip for me and it is just how i like it. It doesn’t look messy or uneven like the other places i’ve been to. They’re very nice and makes me feel very comfortable. If i’m in the area and in need for mani and pedi again, i would definitely come back here.

Do not go to this place. Save your money! Manicure horrible chipped after half an hour. Pedicure chipped after a day which usually lasts me a month. Eyebrows if u like having them don’t get them there. Customer services was horrible I was waiting for my nails to dry in front of the fan and they told me to get up because they were busy and needed the chair. One word. Stunned!

I have been coming here for years and love the friendly accommodating staff. I’m sad that places like this don’t really exist in NYC. Unlike most nail salons, many of the ladies who work here are permanent fixtures, so they make their customers feel like family. Seriously, the sheer amount of loyal returning customers they have is clear evidence of the caliber of this place.
The spa treatment is lovely and a good splurge for when I’m in town and want to treat my toes. The place is very clean and the prices are reasonable for the area. Highly recommend getting your nails done here! :) I usually try to snag an appointment with Lisa, but the other ladies are fabulous as well.

I had a gift certificate :)

I desperately needed a pedicure after driving back home from the beach and realized my toenails looked like those of a sloth! Super long and hideous…
I just wanted to quickly stop anywhere, it didn’t matter where.
I enter and was quickly greeted by Susan…“Hi, welcome, what would you like done today?” «Pedicure, please.»
So I choose my polish color and I’m seated in a nice comfy spa massage chair.
Kay is the one actually doing my pedi. She fills the basin with cool water (should’ve been warm to hot) but no biggie, at least I won’t get burned like I have at other nail places.
First she adds a few different types of salts from little plastic containers and does the usual pedi cuticle removal, nail trim and file and foot scrub. But what really separated this pedi from any I’ve had before is the clay foot mask, the incredible foot/​calf/​leg massage with really yummy smelling lotion and oil… OH and then the hot towel wrap was heavenly!!! She massaged me for at least 10 luxurious minutes!!!
I left feeling with my feet totally feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! One of the best pedis I’ve had!

I get my eyebrows done her by Susan. She is wonderful! And its only like $ 7 bucks!
