David Nesbitt – PGA Golf Instructor

David is an incredible golf instructor able to connect with experienced golfers or beginners. My husband, the experienced golfer, is now playing at a much higher level thanks to Dave’s instructions.
I, the novice, began lessons from David and was amazed at his clear step by step instructions on the game.

Taking golf lessons can be intimidating. Finding someone who you can communicate with in golf terms is important. As a fairly new woman golfer David made the process not only enjoyable but effective. He has different ways to explain techniques, tools to use, and plenty of patience. All needed with this not so easy game of golf!
Also, his videos are a great tool to revisit what you have learned along the way.

David is a very good instructor. He is great with kids of all ages. Improved my understanding of ball compression and provided the necessary tools to do it right… Just need to practice, practice, & practice what he teaches.

David is a phenomenal golf instructor. I would be taking lessons from him right about now (Winter tune-​up!) if he were still teaching in the Bay Area.
I have taken lessons from a half dozen golf pros (including a Northern California PGA «Teacher of the Year») and in my opinion, David is hands down the MOST EFFECTIVE. Why? Because he is able to evaluate a student’s golf swing /​chip /​putting stroke and communicate exactly what the student needs to see & hear in order to improve. His instruction isn’t a canned one-​size-​fits-​all approach. He is versatile and can use different techniques & drills to help different students arrive at their optimum result.
With every lesson I took from David, I saw tangible results during the session that I was able to carry with me to the golf course. Bottom line is with a handful of lessons over 12 months, David took me, a recreational golfer, from a high 90s player, down to a 10. He saw what I was willing to put into my practice and gave me the tools to make it happen. What else can you ask for?
Part of why makes David so good is that he can simplify things, which makes the golf swing /​game less intimidating. And I’ve found if you want to get really technical and statistical, he can go there too. A real asset to the game of golf.

My family loves David. He’s a fantastic instructor. My kids have been taking lessons from him for almost two years. His patience is legendary and he has a great way of transferring fundamental golf lessons in a fun way that kids like.
We first started out with David with his group lessons, which were great. I wanted my kids to have more personal attention from David and the results were amazing. I have recommended him for my brother’s kids and my best friend’s kids. Everyone has enjoyed the experience (parents and kids included).
