Love this place! We are always finding unique items for our house. This is a great place to come if you are needing a little something for the house or a gift for someone special!

Excellant for last min hostess gifts or for that hard to find item for a special person!

A big thanks to Ross and Pam for making the holidays fun! They were so helpful with wine and gift selections, it was no stress shopping and I got 3 new Santa’s for my home. Willow Manor is no holds barred the best shop in South Orange County!

It’s a very nice store with a lot of beautiful items. Great place to come if you want/​need to get a nice gift. They also carry a lot of unique items that you can’t find anywhere else.
My main issue is the customer service. When I was in the store, I was one of only 2 or 3 customers. The woman at the counter completely ignored me when I walked in. Now, if they are helping another customer or on the phone, it’s understandable that they wouldn’t notice me walking in. But I like to be acknowledged when I walk into a store, it’s friendly and professional. A little while later when I came up to the cash register to pay for my item, no one was at the counter and I had to wait a while for someone to help me. When someone finally came up, they ignored me again and went to help a customer who had just walked in! When she did come to the counter she acted uninterested and acted like I was wasting her time by buying an item.
I came back a few weeks later and they were a bit more friendly, but they still didn’t acknowledge me or any of the other customers when we walked in or offer any help.
The store is very nice and I like all of their stuff. I think I’ll still come back, because it’s my go-​to store for gifts and décor. I just hope that they improve their customer service. Greet each customer when they walk into the store (if you’re not on the phone or helping someone else), ask customers if they need help while shopping (don’t hover though), act like you enjoy working there, and don’t leave a customer waiting at the cash register (though this isn’t entirely their fault, because employees are busy and they can’t be two places at once, and they do try to help everyone)

Willow Manor is the best place for unique gifts for everyone on your list. Nice candles, soaps, baby and bridal shower gifts, funny cocktail napkins, jewelry, clothes — they have it all! Not only do they have it all, but they do a terrific job of carrying items at every price point.
LOVE the new line of Olive Oil and Vinegar sets they have added. And the wine! Small but excellent selection of fine wines for a hostess gift — or yourself!
I always find the ladies here to be very helpful and they are really familiar with their inventory which is crucial when you are looking for something special, but not quite sure for what you are looking.
Willow Manor offers complimentary wrapping on all their items and they do a beautiful job! I don’t know if they have wrapping elves in their back room, but everything that comes out looks stunning in either cello or beautiful wrapping paper.
Really a great place. Highly recommend.

Although I don’t live near to Willow Manor anymore I still do love this place. Totally cute little shop with fun stuff. I went during Christmas time and they had the cutest dog/​cat ornaments and for a reasonable price too! They also had nice wine gifts (such as wines, bottle openers, cheese plate for a whine and cheese party, etc.) They also carry jewelry here and Harvey’s seat belt bags. I love how they had a raffle one time, although I didn’t get a chance to win. But it was still fun & a great way to get people to come on by!
I hope they will expand and open another Willow Manor in the Inland Empire!

Fun boutique! Love decorating my house with the goodies from Willow Manor, but quite overpriced and the owner has a bad attitude, which makes me want to drive all the way to the Green Pear in Villa Park instead.

I buy a ton of birthday gifts here. They always have a huge selection and variety of items. Some items are pricey but the quality is great. Lots of beautiful high quality candles, dining room/​kitchen deco/​accessories, Brighton items; truly it takes me forever to wander through.
