Lindora Comprehensive Weight Control

After starting a weight loss plan at Lindora. Initiation fee isn’t bad. But when you add in the food cost that they make you buy and if you read the chemicals that are in the foods that you’re eating and all the soy products. This plan is very costly. Especially when I contracted diverticulitis, which could have been because of the high fiber diet and there food. When I asked if anybody else is ever gotten diverticulitis on this diet, the answer I got it happens. The most frustrating part was when I asked to have a credit for the days that I missed because, I could not physically make it in and I could only have clear liquids. Susie said she met with the four other girls in the office and could not give me any credit. Save your money find another place.

I love The team in RSM! They are friendly, helpful and ready to assist in anyway possible. I just joined and look forward to getting my weight and life back in order. I travel a lot so this program works for me. They only thing I wish Lindora had was a daily food planner app so I can plan my meals online and track accordingly. Would be nice to be able to plug in a food item and get the carb amount.

Very helpful and supportive clinic! The management acted as my cheerleaders and helped me reach my goals! I’ve now learned better eating habits and learned to maintain my weight!

I had been on the Lindora program many years ago, but after moving I signed up at the Rancho Santa Margarita clinic. The clinic staff are all AMAZING! Very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. I would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of starting the program.
