Such friendly staff! Michelle was super helpful when I was shopping in there today — appreciated her knowledge and her dedication to helping.
I’ve owned my papasan chair for three years, and absolutely love it. It’s my favourite spot to curl up and read a book… and it”s a favourite place for my cats to curl up and nap (haha).
I’ve purchased odds and ends from Pier 1 over the past few years that I love. Newest items are a stacked set of coffee mugs (bright colors with owls) and a telephone box salt and pepper shaker. Also love their oil reed diffuser sets and some standing bookcases they have (I use one to store my beer colection). :-)

This is such a great store whether you’re looking for a little something to spruce up your home or pick up a gift for that special friend or family member. They have a great collection of beautiful glasswares, candles, decorative items and furniture pieces. I especially love browsing through their store when they bring out their Christmas ornaments and decorations for the holidays. They have some adorable pieces I’ve picked up both as gifts and to decorate our home.
I was happy to see that they brought back their happy colorful red and blue swirled wine glasses in recent celebration of the 4^th of July holiday rather than just being available during the Christmas holidays. I bought a whole set of them last Christmas to replace a couple I had cracked a couple years ago, and am glad that I would be able to pick up more if need be.
Unfortunately I don’t shop in here as often as I’d like to because of all the breakable kitchen and dining items that they have adorning their store. I’m so afraid that my little daughter may accidentally knock their perfect tier of wine glasses or champagne flutes over. Thankfully she’s a great listener following me around the store not touching a thing except for requesting a quick sway in their adorable swingasans.
