I have been with this location before they changed management and staff. I had a very bad experience. The staff now are WAY more personable it feels like you have a friend that is helping you out. I informed Sequoia of my previous situation and she guaranteed me that type of incident will not happen again. I believe she will work with me if anything were to come up. The process was very easy breezy I was in and out. I definitely recommend this location.
