Marshall’s Department Store

The customer service at this location is horrible! I purchased a pair of shoes at this location approx 1 week ago and while preparing for work was taking the shoes out of the box for use well surprise one is a 7 and the other a 10 my fault I had not checked this before leaving the store but usually the cashier will double check but I missed her oversight at purchase. Today I went in to return them and have never been treated so poorly with a return with a receipt. The shoes were still in the plastic and had the paper stuffed in the toes she looked at the bottoms at least 45+ times as if to find any excuse not to return them and then went and ran them through a handheld system to check for theft who steals opposites and has a receipt! And I love how she decided to have a conversation with her fellow employees about me in front of me, «this lady said she brought these shoes and the sizes don’t match» professional top notch!

Although I’m usually able to get some good deals at this store I have to be in the correct mind set to be prepared to rummage through the clothing racks as if I’m in a thrift store. Unfortunately, this store is often cluttered with various items on the floor or an area that they do not belong in. While I understand you need to put out new inventory, the aisle way shouldn’t create a hazard for the customers. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom while I was there. One word «DISGUSTING!!!». The door was open to the men’s room (which should have prepared me for what I was about to see, urine was all over the toilet seat and I guess the mountain of toilet paper beside the toilet was to catch the overflow. Well, minus the urine covered set the huge mound of wet toilet paper beside the bowl coupled with no where to hang my purse or coat made for an interesting bathroom experience. I did let the manger know and she handled it personally to her credit. On the plus side the staff is generally pretty nice so if you can deal with the sometimes disorganization and filth you just may find some good deals.

I have been in this Marshall it’s very close to where I live and it is a little messy and disorganized but if you are patient you can find some really good deals:)

It is like most Marshalls with discounts on everything in the store but since my friend went in looking for a leather jacket I was left looking around for nothing. We went here and remember it is February so we did assume Marshall’s would still have some coats to pick through in stock. Like alot of other Marshalls there is a coat section, which this location lacked. Just random jackets and thin coats hanging here or there. There were like no leather coats at all and about 20 regular style coats to choose from in the whole store. The shoe selection was so-​so and appears they have more clearance shoes than new arrivals. People looking for good deals on decent shoes I’d suggest going through the clearance section and find what you like. I spotted some $ 10 Bear Paw boots and Guess boots for $ 54 can’t beat it if you want it. They could add more but you may have to go surfing for a bigger better Marshalls.

This place is always chaotic, hard to find anything, rude employees! The line is always long here and I prefer not to deal with the clutter and disorganized atomosphere… havent been here in almost 2 years

I ADORE Marshalls and this one is great. Salespeople are nice, clearance selection is huge, shoes come in large sizes, and I never leave empty handed.
A+ all around
