It was great. We were immediately seated. The GM and the staff were so accommodating. The salmon was delicious. It was flaky and just melted in my mouth. The asparagus were really tasty. My friend had ribs which she loved. It was part of triple platter with shrimp that she said were crispy and scrumptious. My niece loved the chicken tenders. She said they were really juicy and crispy. The drinks were right on target. The whole experience was right on track. Prices are very good which gives a great value add for the experience. Asked for the manager and told him that I was glad to have decided to have dinner there. He told me he was new and looks like things are changing.

My experience at this location was absolutely terrible. For somthing as simple as a to go order with steak potatoes and broccoli I waited 20 mins and then found out that my order wasn’t even put in. The staff that assisted me at the bar was clearly clueless, and missed their class on customer service etiquette. They were rude and dismissive. As well as unsanitary, seeing them collect money and then pick up fruit with out even washing their hands. I informed the person that my order was incorrect and they acted as if they didn’t want to correct the issue. If you are hungry and want a quick sit down definitely stay away from the ruby Tuesday in Randallstown. Seems like majority of the staff was hired blindfolded because they just don’t have the attitudes of people that actually want to provide good customer service.

This place needs a motivational speaker, or something. Maybe the big shot Mr Tuesday himself should drop in. I guess the kitchen and bar staff can stay, but most of the service staff gotta go.

My family and I have eaten here several times. Their service has been absolutely terrible in the past but they have a couple star performers that we request now. Jamie is the best. I never know if the food will be cooked to perfection or if it’s going to be so bad I have to send it back. But the food is so good when it’s good that I take my chances. They are getting a lot better all around since they have recently acquired new management and she’s great too.

Went Ruby Tuesday on Liberty Rd to order take out. I’m told the bartender is to busy to take my order. So to speed things up write my order down on a piece of paper. The hostess gives me a piece of paper and asked did I have a pen. WTH? First problem I gotta write down my own order. Second I need to use my own pen. Plus the salad bar was half empty and the floor was wet and slippery.

I stopped in here after a long day of moving into the area. I ordered a medium rare cheeseburger and was served something that was rare and super bloody. Before I ordered it I asked the server what seasonings were in it(due to food allergies) and the waiter responded with«MSG». Wow, okay! Way to turn someone off to your establishment. The manager came out and asked if she could replace it, she was very professional and offered a sincere apology. As much as I appreciate the apology, my friends got to eat and I didn’t. After all that I quickly lost my appetite. I surely will never go back to Ruby Tuesdays; over-priced, garbage food, service was barely sufficient. I didn’t even want to give them 1 star.

The atmosphere says«fresh and trendy lounge for a group of friends or coworkers», unfortunately the service says«bear with us, we’re still struggling to get the hang of this food thing». Pros: Good food, nice choice of music(blends old school hits w/modern alternative &RNB) and beautiful scenery. Cons: Service is terrible/very understaffed, prices could be too much for some, no beverage price on the menu, salad bar has a mirror to make it look double-sided and has limited options(also costs extra) Immediately after getting there(with a party of 7) we were told to wait 20 minutes for a table, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. There were plenty of vacant tables that had yet to be cleaned off and while there were two employees waiting at the serving desk(which you miss coming in because it’s pushed off to the side of the exit door) we really only had two waiters working the whole restaurant. The wait ended up being 5 minutes. Our waitress didn’t wear a nametag and while we gave her some slack for being the only one working so many different tables(plus she gave us free biscuits, access to the salad bar and kept apologizing for the extensive wait on the appetizers/entrees) we found ourselves leaving our seats to track her down just for something simple like silverware, drink refills(that only one bartender had to make) or straws. I had the raspberry lemonade & both times I had it(initial drink + refill), it was made different. Overall: Its all smoke & mirrors on the outside with a little less than decent service on the inside. for all the trouble with the service, you’d be better off going to an Ihop, Friday’s, Applebees or even Fuddruckers. Fyi: The 50% coupon off an entrée only goes for the cheapest item which for us was an appetizer. It didn’t even make a dent in the bill

This place could be so much better. The restaurant is new, fresh, and close to home. I would love to call it one of regular spots for casual dining but the customer service makes it terrible. The Good: the food was a solid 4 star for a casual food place. It was hot and fresh. The chicken dishes were moist and the salad bar was fresh and well maintained. The restaurant is open and comfortable. I liked the color choice and the Baltimore mural on the wall. The Bad: The customer service was the worse. It started as soon as we walked in the establishment. The hostess, who we discovered was 3 feet away from us never acknowledge us. She was wiping a table and talking to a member of the wait staff. She took her time coming over to us and then sat us at a table with no cutlery. The next was the appearance of the staff. They just didn’t look professional. One waitress had an ill-fitting shirt that showed parts that some might not want to see. Our waitress started off ok but after our food came we were left to ourselves. We were never offered refills or if we needed anything. We could see her sitting at the other end of the restaurant and then later talking and watching TV at the bar. We also never knew her name. She didn’t tell us when she first came to the table and no one wears a name tag. Again the food was actually pretty good. So if you don’t mind not being served with a smile or as if your matter at all you should give it a go. If you are like me and enjoy eating good food and having good service then skip it. I will not be back.

I must say that I am extremely offended! Me and my husband have been turned away two times at this location. There were plenty of tables. The host stated each time they were short staffed and it would take 30 minutes for a table to open up. At least give us a table and bring us drinks. I believe these individuals are racist. The one time they were whispering to one another and the manager said came over to explain that she could not wait on us. What a joke!!!

The location is perfect. The wait time wasn’t bad on a crowded day. The drinks wasn’t strong at all the food was ok.

This place is the pits. 2nd and last time coming here. Sat and waited in bar area to enjoy happy hour treats. Did not realize this meant the only person to work the bar area(tables included) was the bartender. There were multiple employees posted up behind salad bar doing absolutely nothing other than engaging with one another. Meanwhile, the bartender is making drinks, taking orders, handling take out and running food for those in bar area. This is a management problem. If the restaurant is not busy wait staff without tables should assist in the process. Drinks were served promptly, however, we had to wait unnecessarily to put order in bc bartender was busy when we arrived(the other 5 – 10 waitstaff were not). Placed food order immediately after drinks arrived. About 25 – 30 mins later the first of two apps were delivered. Potato skins were burnt and the pork inside was less than memorable. Several people seated after us were served before us, when we questioned why –a waiter told us oh they just ordered a dip and the other person someone else helped her… umm wrong answer. Final straw was when food was delivered to a couple who arrived after us and it turned out to be our food. Do better Ruby Tuesday, do better.

Man they really let me down this time. This go round I stopped in for a burger while I was waiting for my daughter to finish swim class in the area. The service was a bit slow but they were a little crowded so that’s forgivable. What isn’t is the piece of leather they passed off at a triple prime burger. I ordered medium well and for cooked to a barely edible burger. No moisture what so ever. And to top that off my fries were cold. Man they really let me down this time.

It. Might be nice but since no one waited on us after 20 mins. I wouldn’t know. We asked a waiter who I watched go to the manager who then spoke to four different wait staff. None of them came over… Not even the manger. I am sitting in the car as we just decided it wasn’t worth our time or money at this point.

Me and my wife came here for dinner. I was not impressed. The salad bar could of been better, I also wish they had a better selection of appetizers. I decided on the rib platter which was OK I’ve had better. My wife had the colossal trio in which she said could of been better. I can say that our waitress was nice. The one thing I can say about the Ruby Tuesday in Randallstown is that it is spacious and it look more like a sports bar. Me and my wife decided we would not come here for dinner but we will try their happy hour. Hopefully it will be better.

Waiting for all the newness to wear off. The hubby and I decided to give this location a try. Yes standard chain feel and décor. Which bring to light every thing shine is not gold. Between witnessing poor service for some and excuses as to why something’s came late to the table. You don’t have to rush. I ordered the coastal trio lobster tail, shrimp and tilapia. Not sure how the pulled it off that all three tasted the same. Ugh… I upgraded for the salad bar. The salad bar was beyond lacking. I remember years ago the salad bar had many choices and was worth the added charge. You can skip it. Nothing will be missed from your meal. The glass of water was fresh though. The biscuits are a no no. Not sure if they think they are giving anyone a run for their money not. But with all that said… I think I will try there happy hour 4−9pm. We all need to be happy some times!!!

Laura, our server, though busy, was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The salad bar was awesome! The host was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed, and casual. This was hopefully the first of many visits to come!

Regular ruby Tuesday even though this location is appointed better than all the others I have been into. There are comfortable couches in the middle of the restaurant to congregate and the bar is spacious. Our waitress was nice and attentive no complaints there This place gets 3 stars simply because the food is basic. My boyfriend had a steak lobster and mac and cheese. While i think ordering such fare at this type of chain restaurant is a bad idea he rolled the dice. Then he lost. The steak wasnt medium it sas closer to bloody the mac and cheese tasted cheap and rubbery and the lobstet tail which came out 10 minutes after his steak was comically small. I had a burger I figured you cant mess up a basic burger. But I was wrong. I didnt want the pretzel bun that came with the burger and they took that to mean no bun at all. All for cutting carbs but today wasnt the day and the small amount of blue cheese that topped the burger was laughable. It was getting late so we ordered desert to go. I will always remember to double check my bag from here on out. Got home and it was the wrong desert. Not the chocolate mousse cake that I ordered and even pointed to on the menu. But some chocolate lava cake that I gave to my boyfriend’s younger siblings because well kids eat anything. So go for the drinks maybe the appetizers during happy hour I will just never set myself up for failure and have a full meal
