So I get there for a walk in appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. they sat me down right away for a pedicure…15 minutes later a lady and her three children walked in… the worker then came up to me and said I’m sorry she has appointment can you wait another 15−20mins you were a walk in… if you knew there was a scheduled appointment the polite things is to inform the customer before u let them wait a half hour… terrible customer service… needless to say I ddnt get my pedicure or gel manicure…

Worst pedicure… the foot scrubber fell off her lap and on floor… she just dipped it in water and used it on my foot before I could even say anything. I had appointment and they let walk ins before me. Will never go back!

Just stopped in yesterday for the first time. I asked to get my polished changed, but she went above and beyond! Perfectly buffed, filed and polished my nails – for only $ 5! Amazing find. PS – she even took the time to grab any hangnails with her tools. She really didn’t have to do this for a polish change, but the woman is a perfectionist.
