This dunkin is right down the road so you’d think it’d be my «home dunkin» but I will avoid this and go to other towns to get my product. Why? 1.Never get what I order right, busy or not 2.Continuously rude staff.(usually same two people) 3.finally, they do not know sales/coupons/promotions/products…or care to. I went there I got a coupon for free coffee from my dunkin app nd I tried using it there and they just said my scanners broke it’ll be $$. Today I went there and had a groupon I bought this groupon for $ 11 it’d valid for a extra large coffee and 2 donuts per visit for 5 visits and they tried charging me and I asked for the manager they said he wasn’t there, and she said I’ll only charge you for donuts and I refused. she already stamped my card, and I already payed for this card through groupon. She gave a big problem started yelling at my husband and said you come back with this I charge you. Such a ridiculous place.

this guy is a PR**K nasty, nasty attitude… one time gave me old cream, and when I questioned it… gave me a look that could kill… after much hissing and blowing steam here reluctantly replaced it… then proceeded with his TUDE! DUDE, get another JOB

If anyone hasn’t noticed, the proprietors sell donuts for $ 1.06, yet all other Dunkin Donuts stores sell the same for $.99. Vanilla chai tea is a crime at the Randolph Dunkin Donuts — $ 3.29! The Salem Street store sells the same for $ 2.19! The Route 10 store in Morris Plains is also cheaper.

I ordered an iced mocha with almond milk and when she handed it to me it was all white speckled… I said this isn’t right. She said it’s the almonds… I have never been served almond milk that looked like it was full of sand. I asked her to show me the container and she did. It was almost empty and I asked if she would open a new one. She did reluctantly… And Said if this is the same I’m not making you anymore. It was the same maybe slightly less… I took it but should have asked for my money back. After bringing my drink back to my office I researched a little and found out that it should not be frozen or it could separate and/or it’s bad. These people should be more knowledgable of their products instead of arguing with customers. I’m so grossed out. I flushed my entire drink and will never go back. I will however tell everyone of my experience and I have shared it with DD also. GETFRESHALMONDMILKYOURUDEASSPEOPLE!

Was closed for a while for renovations. It’s a pretty good DD where they make a decent cup of coffee. I don’t ask for much from Dunkin… Good coffee, check… decent donuts, check… fast service, half a check… good customer service, another half a check. The parking lot is tight, but they move people through at a decent clip so you can usually find a spot. Definitely not my first choice for a DD, but if I’m in Randolph and on Rt 10 I will drop in for some caffeine!

It’s Dunkin Donuts, not rocket science. This location is usually pretty busy, especially during the morning commute. The location is decent since you have choices as far as where you can enter\exit. The parking lot is sometimes tight, but you can usually find a space. The staff is not overly friendly, but they make a good mocha latte. I don’t go here all the time and over the last 10 or so years it has been hit or miss. However, over the past 6 months or so, they have been consistently decent. During the morning hours on most days there is a younger, tall guy who usually whips up the drinks. He is to the point and hustles. If the line is slow it’s usually because of a lack of communication between the cashier and the patron ordering. I have good luck almost every time. It should be an experience that gets you in and out as quick as possible without screw-ups or bad tasting food\coffee. That’s what seems to happen each time I’m here so yay. Keep it up.

If your stopping in for Coffee you wont have a problem. If you want to sit down and enjoy a coffee you may. Late night if you come in and order and sit for a while, even if you ordered a sandwich a coffee, they will come by with the vacum and start vacuming by your feet. Super passive aggressive, and annoying.

I strolled in with my free medium drink coupon DD mailed me for my birthday after joining perks, super excited for a strawberry vanilla coolatta. I showed him the coupon and ordered. He stared at it for 30 seconds, asked his coworker what it was for, and after some rough explaining, what seemed to be forever, and some more toying with their register, he rang it up as a free small drink. It was clearly a DD coupon that said free medium drink. I ended up paying 30 some odd cents extra for the medium. The employee would’ve gotten an earful had there not been a line forming behind me. Worst DD experience ever. :(

This Dunkin Donuts makes a good cup of coffee. I know it seems weird since you would think all Dunkin Donuts use the same coffee and machines. The coffee always is fresh does not taste ‘burnt’. The parking lot is a little difficult especially in the morning. They also get really busy, but the lines move quick.
