Randolph, MA
I went there to drop off a package for delivery and the tape on my box was coming off. So I asked the guy there for some tape and he told me, «there are some tape for sale there,» pointing to the rack of tapes. He was rude about it too. It is just tape FedEx! Most delivery services would provide it to the customer. I just walked out.

I used come here frequently at the end of the day for work purposes, so I never got around to checking in on Unilocal.I just wanted to drop my documents off and go home!
This FedEx location is quite obscure and the only way you’d find it is if you looked it up online or someone let you in on the secret. The location is at the end of an industrial park.
The customer portion of facility is rather small, but tidy. FedEx’s website indicates that the location sells packaging supplies, but I’m guessing you’d have to inquire about them. Service has been good and the employees are friendly.
The drawback is opening hours, as it closes at 8:30. Doesn’t sound bad, right? Well, if you’re stuck in the office late and need to mail something at 10 pm… go to the Braintree location.
