Forget-Me-Not Flowers & Gifts

Very disappointed. My daughter paid a lot of money for a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me. They were delivered to the neighbors due to not being able to get down our driveway. The neighbors do not like us and when I was notified of my flowers they were damaged, looked like they had been dropped on ground and had a grocery bag over the flowers instead of tissue protector. The box of chocolates were all smashed, looked like they had been stepped on. I don’t expect people to know ahead of time not to deliver to others homes, but the flower shop took the time to contact my daughter to let her know they would not deliver until a certain day due to weather, they could have also contacted her to tell her they could not make it down our driveway and ask for our phone number so we could come out to get them or if we wanted to come to town to pick them up instead. Received flowers on 2÷17÷16

i am so grateful for the lovely floral arrangement from forget me not.
my sister had a heart attack and i felt so helpless. i ordered flowers,
and asked them to use purple flowers, and to make it really special.
they delivered same day, and my sister said they were the most beautiful
flowers she had ever seen. thanks you so very much for putting a smile
on her face!!!
