I totally disagree with the review of Michele F. Maryellen and her husband are an elderly couple running a busy business that all of us will need someday. This is a family run business and yes, they could use help in the office keeping track of everything and placing orders but they do get things done well. My mom and I went here to replace a headstone on a family grave. One that would eventually hold our names. They were highly recommended by St. Mary’s Cemetery. The headstone was beautiful and tastefully done. It took a year to get the stone but it was not a rush for us. I called her when my mom’s health failed and we knew she didn’t have much time left and it was placed quickly. If you are in a rush, order from Walmart. Milton Monument will give you what you want but it may take a little bit longer but you won’t regret it.

Maryellen Mulligan the owner, is completely in the wrong business and since last year has not made things right concerning my Mothers grave marker. I strongly recommend finding a reputable monument company to take care of your needs. In a time of sadness no family needs to deal with the headaches from Milton Monument. Out of respect for my Mother I will have to file a claim in court to get her to comply with the terms of the contract for a bronze marker. Sad and painful experience. This woman should be ashamed of the lies and the way she does business. I don’t wish it on anyone so do yourself a favor and find a reputable company for your loved ones marker or headstone.
