You will not get this type of service from a place like BJs/​Walmart. Daniel is very passionate about what he does, and has been in the business for a long time. They have a great deal going on right now — I was able to get a pair of glasses with a pair of sunglasses for free! It has a tight knit feel and every employee is very helpful and positive. I recommend these guys 300%!!!

Don’t go there! They are totally incompetent. My husband went there for an eye exam and progressive glasses after the readers he was using were no longer working. After getting the glasses a week later, he could not read with them. The area with the reading prescription was so small he could not move his head and read. After spending over $ 500 for these glasses, he could not use them. He brought them back 3 times for correction, even trying bifocals, but he still could not read and they gave him a headache. They kept saying they would «make it right» but they could not. He finally went to another place where he got another eye exam (which was not covered by insurance since they only cover 1 exam/​year) and found out the prescription given was totally wrong. No wonder he could not see! Another $ 500 later, he has progressives that he can use! Unfortunately, Pearl Vision strung him along long enough saying they would «make it right» that I could no longer dispute the charge on my credit card. The people at the other place in East Hanover said they get a lot of complaints about the Randolph Pearl Vision — DON’T GO THERE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!
