I had a couple of slices while killing time. Crispy thin crust. White pie had nice big dollops of ricotta. The Margarita was good. I’d be back.
A little chaotic in the door with the order. Being new to the place the flow was confusing as the place was full of people waiting for takeout. That the place was so packed was a good sign to me, locals were definitely enjoin their favorite local slice.

The pizza here is subpar, at best. It was mostly soggy and the dough itself had zero taste. The sauce was nothing to write home about either. I think i’m in the minority because the place was mobbed and you can tell they do a great business. It’s just not for me. I’m from Hudson County and the pizza as a whole was so much better there… as they say, it must have something to do with the water!

I’ve been hitting this place almost weekly for 30… yes, 30 years. mainly grabbing several slices on my way to my in-​laws’ home, but once in a while, grabbing a whole pie. Here’s the funny thing about this place that doesn’t apply anywhere else: The pizza is best when reheated! A fresh-​from-​the-​oven-​pie is still good… but it is best when you pop in, point out the already-​cooled slices you want and they reheat them. Somehow, it amplifies everything, and it becomes the best pizza around… and it has consistently been this way for the three decades I’ve been going there.

This place has the best ziti pizza as well as the chicken rolls around! I go here often and I order the ziti slices, if they are out which they are often, (wished they made more ziti slices pizzas) I always go for my second choice, the chicken roll. Place is great and had ample parking as well. They are a bit on the expensive side when you get a specialty slice but you get what you pay for, great food. Keep up the good work!

This pizza place was my staple growing up and therefore, every pizza slice I’ve had gets compared to this pizza. I think because their base is done perfectly and consistently — the right amount of garlic, sauce, & cheese — it translates well with toppings and it’s not over the top greasy.
Meatball and sausage is done very well here as is the margherita pizza (and any white pizza here for that matter). The buffalo chicken pizza is very good as well. Also — try the meatball sub or Stromboli when you’re not in the mood for a slice.

Now this pizza is really good. I’ve unfortunately only ordered small pizzas here so far, and I feel like in order to really enjoy a pizza it has to have bigger slices. Regardless, the pizza here is delicious as well as the toppings I’ve had so far. Bonus points for stocking Dr. Brown’s black cherry in the fridge!

Blast from the past. I remember riding my bicycle here as a kid. Went again recently and little has changed. Solid pizza, typical pizza parlor, convenient location. The pizza has a thinner crust, which I like. Pricing is a bit on the higher side for what it is.

Went based on Unilocal reviews and probably won’t be going back. Ordered 2 cheese pizzas. There were ready quickly, price was about what it should have been, crust was thin and crispy – perfect – but sauce was very bland. It hardly even tasted like tomato.

After living in Manhattan for over 7 years, with access to some of the best pizza in the country, I have to say I still boast about my hometown pizza joint.
Growing up on such deliciousness has spoiled me rotten and set the bar high… and a trip home to see the parents always includes a palace pie.

OK, It’s a good restaurant with good service and very good family portion food. We have been going there for several years and they have always treated us very well and have not had a bad experience at all.
Everyone is always happy and you get a good value for your money. I can’t give it five stars, it is not a five star restaurant, it is a great family friendly pizza place with good food near our neighborhood. The kids love it and are always happy to take home the left-​overs (and there always are) and eat them the next day.
