I hate this place so much. If you are late 1 day they tack on a ridiculous fee. Raise your rates with no warning. How come there are deals for new customers but when I ask if there are any deals going on, i have been a customer since 2009, I get told no those promotions are for new customers. And to boot they put my info in the computer wrong and now when I call for help I can’t get any as the information I am giving doesn’t match what they have. Don’t waste your money. THEY SUCK!!!

Been here for multiple years and it’s the most poorly run storage facility I’ve ever had to deal with. Be ware they will not give you credit for anything even when they are at fault.
1– loading doors have been out of service for months making moving in and out a lot harder as you have to walk to a further loading door that is operational.
2-​my key code did not work for MONTHS. They did not grant me access to my own property and said they could do nothing about it.
3– called and left messages for the manager multiple times without a single phone back.
4-​the district manager is just as incompetent and could do little to solve any issue.
5– when i stopped paying i got harassed for payment but when there is an issue they are no where to be found.
6-​after they couldn’t resolve my issue is a timely manner they hit me up with a $ 100 lien fee.
I will NEVER rent from Public Storage esp this location. Completely incompetent and be ware once you give them you’re property, well they believe it’s theirs.

Great people at this site. They were very helpful in my moving experience. I feel safe and secure with my storage now.

This place is absolutely run by ignorant people who have no idea what customer service means. I brought to the females attention a MAJOR issue and was answered with 1 word answers and she just sat there all awkward and silent waiting for me to say something again. It was beyond a twilight zone experience and I swear she was no question high on something. Aside from this, they NEVER EVER answer the telephone. The only other person I have seen there is a guy who I am 99% positive is this rude womans boyfriend or husband and he is equally ignorant and awkward. all in All I would NEVER return — especially since they charge almost 200 dollars for a 20×10 storage unit. I’d much rather pay a friend the same $$ to rent their garage.

The unit I rented was very clean, overall the place is clean, and the woman behind the counter was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend over other self-​store companies.
