Wow came to visit my parents from California and started have a craving for some Thai food. This is the best Thai food I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of Thai food all around the world. Their menu is so different from anything else I’ve seen they have the basics like pad Thai and pad see ew; if you want to get something familiar, but I suggest trying some of the Northern Thai cuisines where the owner is from. Absolutely recommend this place the owner was so nice and told us all about where she is from and where the food comes from. This is an experience and one I will come back for every time I come to see my family!

Tried for the first time this Saturday before a show at Randolph’s Chandler Music Hall. Excellent food, freshly prepared. Some unusual dishes not seen on other Thai menus. Plenty of flavor and as spicy as you like. Staff knowledgeable about menu and able to make good suggestions. Good selection of craft beers on tap. Make a reservation: it’s popular, and deserves to be. Hard to believe this gem is tucked away in rural Vermont.

How how how is the best Thai food east of the Mississippi found in the back lot of a weird building in the middle of nowhere Vermont? I’m not sure, but don’t be fooled. Also, drink the spritzer. Drink many spritzers.

This is by far one of the friendliest, welcoming and amazing places I have yet to dine in. After enjoying an authentic and amazing meal with my wife we were invited by the chef and owner to visit the kitchen. We had a full tour of the back of the house and let me say my mind was own. Authentic, clean, friendly and amazing. We will be regulars here. Don’t miss Saap

Must get here! Find it. Fresh, delicious Northern Thai dishes in a tucked away corner of Randolph. Loved it and we’ll be back. So happy to have this restaurant nearby!

What an experience. It is almost impossible to write this review; the food I had at Saap tonight cannot be simply expressed using words. It was that good. Here goes my attempt: We had Steve, the chef, bring us food. That’s it. We said«Steve, give us what you got. Have fun.» What we got were 5 dishes that were pure bliss. The complexity and beautiful arrangement of flavors were so authentic and magical that at one point I wasn’t sure how to handle myself responding to the food. It was that good. This is easily the best Asian food I have had outside of Asia. So frequently in this country we are plagued by fatty, gloopy, unoriginal(and frankly terrible) asian food; it makes you feel terrible afterwords. After my meal at Saap, I felt full, but to a point of satisfaction. I had eaten tons of food, yet somehow I was able to feel almost refreshed by the meal. That is a special feeling. Each dish shined in its own way, and they were so different, yet somehow they were tied together by something I still have yet to figure out. The flavor combinations blew me away. One dish, a river fish from northern Thailand cooked in a banana leaf, was mesmerizing. I’m not a big fish eater, but this dish forced me to love it. At the first bite, I had no idea what was going on. The dish was so complex and fragrant that it took me a few moments for my novice palate to even start to pick out flavors. As it finished, the bite magically found its identity and formed a wonderfully spicy, curry-style taste in my mouth. I was literally experiencing my taste buds evolving just then. What an awesome experience. All in all, this is certainly up there as some of the best food INTHESTATE. Yes, the entire state of Vermont. I have lived here my entire life; I can’t think of a single meal that I’ve enjoyed more than this. If you love anywhere remotely close to Saap, please, come. And enjoy.
