I would say poor customer service but excellent quality. When I brought my art work to be framed she exclaimed what poor condition they were in. When I asked about payment arrangements she told me I could put anything I wanted down but she said a lot of people never came back and she wouldn’t be able to resell my artwork. I felt insulted. I was told I would receive a call when my art work was ready for pickup but I never received the call. I decided to come in to see if my paintings were ready and paid for them then she told me how to carry them properly so that I didn’t think she damaged them. Once again I was insulted. That was my 3rd time going to the frame man. The first 2 times were awesome experiences but the third was terrible and needless to say I won’t be going back. Typically I am a loyal customer wanting to support local businesses. I should have felt happy to receive the finished products but instead I felt hurt.
