Wendy’s

I doubt I will be going back. It was freezing inside; the manager made a big deal and refused to exchange my soda for coffee; and the fries looked and tasted old. The cashier was a pleasant person, but that manager could have learned manners and customer service from the cashier.

Went thru the drive thru today

I asked for advice on what to get and went with the Gouda burger. The burger looked exquisite but it was not for me. It came out relatively fast. The burger has bacon, veggies, cheese, on a brioche bun.

I don’t know what happened to the old Unilocal listing of this Wendy’s, but it just is GONE.
I haven’t been to the Randolph Wendy’s in a while, but boy, I really don’t like it. I can say they have a good parking lot, a fine location, and pretty good food. Want customer service? Don’t bother.
I specifically remember visiting this restaurant on one of the first time I ever came, and they did not honor a sign posted on their drive thru speaker, for something free if they didn’t suggest something, but they did not honor it, and told me that sign wasn’t up anymore. WRONG. Plus, I’ve had this issue at other Wendy’s, as well as this location that the prices on the menu board are not the same as the ones I paid, that my receipt read. This location is also in DESPERATE need of remodeling. It’s very old and not very clean. Also, don’t even try the drive thru, it doesn’t move nearly as fast as other fas food restaurants, and is much more busy (which is understandable, since the closest Wendy’s is in Stoughton).
Overall, 2 star Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s is brand new and recently redone. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I just waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and the staff were not able to print me a receipt which is not right. Ended up waiting an additional 4 minutes for the manager to reprint what the staff threw out. Yikes. The Brockton location on Oak Street is just much better. Go there.
