They did did my neighborhood at Windmill Crossings in Charles Town. They did horrible. First, their truck broke down and got stuck. Some neighbors took time out of their morning to help them get out. Now they came back a couple days later and plowed 1 path. So now 40 some homes live on a one-​way street until the snow melts. If you lived at the end of the street, you had to shovel 20 ft of the road to reach the one lane path. Unprofessional, unreliable, and I would never recommend these people to anyone.

We use this company primarily for snow removal for our church and they are wonderful. Professional, punctual, and skilled. Could not recommend them enough.
