I have used Action several times during my renovation and they are always very knowledgeable, courteous and their rental rates are fair. They have a huge selection of tools and equipment for just about any project. I highly recommend them

We rented a chainsaw recently, for a 24-​hr. period. Had difficulty with starting the saw and keeping the chain on it. Had a broken tab on the bar. Chain was also somewhat dull. When these problems were brought to the attention of the store clerk, he dismissed them as operator problems. Responsibility and customer care seemed not to be a major concern. Will hesitate to rent from them again in the future.
