A couple weekends ago I was in my best friend’s wedding and we had a terrible limo ride to her reception from a separate company; so terrible that we decided to send that limo driver home and book a new limo for the ride back to our hotels. We booked a limo with Legendary Limousine and our driver was Chris. He was AMAZING and so accommodating, let me count the ways!
1. He had AC blasting, which was much needed in the South Dakota humidity.
2. He realized we were struggling with the Bluetooth in the back so he took it upon himself to
pull over and help us out without even being asked!
3. He opened and closed our doors for us and wished us good night at each hotel we had to
stop at; with a smile!
Above and beyond in customer service; our 45 minute ride was smooth sailing the entire way. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a limo in Rapid City!
