Four Winds Campground

We visited Four Winds Campground over the weekend. We spent our time visiting with family who reside at this campground full time. The grounds are beautiful and there is a nice golf course on site. There are many shaded camping spots for traveling campers like us. There is a restaurant serving food throughout the day including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and all the residents were friendly as well. There are activities and entertainment in the evenings… Karaōke, dinner specials (homemade lasagne was delicious!!), and local bands. There is a youth center offering ping pong, pool tables, games and videos. There is also a small concession stand offering ice cream treats, candy, etc. The pool was being repaired the weekend we visited, but there were plenty of other things to keep us busy. There is a huge lake for fishing and boating (some sections are non motor boats only). Overall, we had a lovely time, the weather was perfect and the folks at Four Winds are managing this campground well. We will definitely visit again soon!
