I have brought two computers to this store. Once for an actual service and once just to have an expert look at a self-service problem I have been having. The team here has been very professional and helpful on both occasions. I’m glad to have this service shop so close to home.

been going here for years took my home pc there last week they had it for a week first off the seem to open when they feel like it sign says open saturdays at 10 they never opened until 1230 and they closed at 2pm why open at all? than on friday the 22end the same thing didnt open until after 1230 sign says 10am my pc still has the same problems that I sent it in for plan on going back there monday when ever they deside to open

Bought a laptop from them for my online classes at the end of June. Took it back at end of July due to some malfunctioning. It’s now the end of August, my classes start in 3 days. They don’t even have the common courtesy(let alone business professionalism) to contact me as to the status of my machine. What should have happened: 1.) I return my computer to them. 2.) Seeing as how I bought the computer from them less than a month before, they should have immediately looked into the problem and made a decision as to what should be done. 3.) Problem couldn’t be fixed in-house. Needs to be shipped to manufacturer. Call customer to let them know. 4.) Offer the customer the option of returning it for them or letting the customer handle the process. What actually happened: 1.)Receive computer, put in storage bin for a 10 days. 2.)Receive call from customer as to status of laptop. 3.)Fabricate a lie about how the manufacturer(this is a top rated customer service manufacturer BTW) is «not cooperating with the return process.» 4.)Wait a few more days, then ship computer to manufacturer without giving customer the choice. 5.)NOTONCECALLTHECUSTOMERTOINFORMTHEM. Safe Haven Computers was a nice spot until I made the unfortunate decision to buy something from them and in return maybe expect a teeensy bit of customer service. How foolish of me. Take your business elsewhere.
